We want to share our home with other families, on a limited basis, as a place to create life-long memories with one another, as we have done for many years. This Luxury Residence is 3672 sq ft that features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a large bonus room. Floor 1 consists of 10FT CEILINGS that offer a stunning and open floor plan with 2 Master Suites, an Open Kitchen with a large island to seat 6, a full laundry room, a Great room, a Pantry, and 2 Storage Closets. The 2nd Floor features 2 Bedrooms, a Full Bath, and a Bonus Room with bunks. The sleeping options are as follows: 3 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Trundle, 4 Twin XL, and 2 Twin beds. In addition, this beautiful residence sits on a quiet cove on Lake Norman! The kitchen, great room, and 1 master suite all have perfect views of the lake with a connecting deck and covered porched attached. The main floor also features a dining table for 8 and a relaxing living room with picturesque views of the lake through very large open windows. The bonus room, located on the second floor, is a perfect getaway to play board games or watch your favorite movie. Our home also features a large outdoor custom stone patio with a fire pit, a two-tiered large fixed dock, and a floating dock with a ladder for easy water access to enjoy the lake. The house offers plenty of room to entertain, relax, or just enjoy the views. Whether it is sitting around the fire pit until or playing games, watching movies in the bonus room, or sitting on the porch drinking your morning coffee, this house is the perfect place to relax and allow the stresses of life to disappear. Our home features a large open kitchen, bar with wine fridge, and a large island for 6 with all stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Fully equipped kitchen with blender, crock pot, toaster, Keurig, coffee pot, pots/pans, bakeware, dishware and countertop ice machine. There are plenty of different types of glassware for your favorite beverage, and we didn’t forget the corkscrew either! You won't even need to pack any spices since there is a spice rack with all the spices to cook up your favorite meal. We have a Weber propane grill just outside the kitchen on the deck with beautiful views of the lake while you cook! Our dining room table seats up to 8 adults, with an additional eating area out on the Porch where you can seat 6 or on the stone patio - all with spectacular lake views!

We picked only the best mattresses for all of the beds with clean, soft sheets, and big fluffy towels. We want you to feel pampered and spoiled!

Our Bonus room is fun for all ages with a game table for cards and board games, comfy couch, and a TV. Our Custom Stone Patio and Stairs lead to a large dock with great views of the lake as well. There you will also find all of the necessities for lake fun; floatation devices, life vests, fishing poles, as well as 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for your enjoyment.

Our home also features a 16'x20" floating dock for all of the lake fun you could imagine and because we're located in a quiet cove you don't have to worry about boat traffic & waves. At the dock, there are several flotation devices to float on. The water is 8’ deep at the dock, so cannon balls are a must! Take a ride on our kayaks or paddle boards, look for the many turtles, and do some fishing off the dock. Our family loves to tie all of our floats together and hang out in the water all day!

Enjoy your evenings sitting by the fire in the comfy rocking chairs, perfect for the summer evenings and cool winter evenings as well. The lake is beautiful all year long! Feel free to browse our library of books or trade with your own! We also provide Wifi, internet service, and streaming Spectrum TV Service.

The boat lift at the dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on-premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
