Great time at Dwell Ubilam

Our stay was fantastic! The house is beautifully situated right on the beach, offering stunning views and easy access to Saladita surf break. We loved the peaceful location while still being within walking distance of the surf. Robert was incredibly responsive, and Ana, the cleaning person, was wonderful and kept the house spotless. Highly recommend!

The house I since, well fitted except for the sun tanning facilities. Lacks a pool, even a small one. The beach front has no equipment to use it. Kitchen is well equipped. Robert was very friendly and helpful. The beach is one of the best in Mexico.

Loved our time at this sunny paradise!

The house is well kept and very clean. The staff on the property are very friendly and helpful. Overall we loved the location. We can walk to the restaurants but the house itself is away from the town so very quiet. The ambiance of the home is lovely. It’s very inviting, open, sunny, bright and with beautiful art. We loved being here so much that we left our less enjoyable second location and extended our stay here. Robert, the property manager, was so easy to work with and very responsive. We dealt with cancelled flights, a late arrival and extending our stay with ease. We look forward to coming back and highly recommend this property. Seeing and hearing the ocean all day and night is a delight!

Great base for surfing Saladita

Really nice, newly constructed rental. Robert was always available for help through WhatsApp. The house had great Wifi, cold AC’s which was much appreciated as well as the kitchen that was already stocked with basic necessities like water, paper towels, and the welcome basket of fruit was a nice touch. Fernando and the cleaning ladies were great. Frenando especially gave us fresh coconuts out of the coco trees. We would definitely stay here again. Only thing to note is a car is needed to get to the point otherwise the walk would be quite long.
