Escape to this romantic villa located on a quiet residential street, steps from the Golf canal, and walking distance from the acclaimed Vanderbilt beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park, Ritz Carlton and LaPlaya Resorts. The villa is tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings. The large kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked. The French doors open to the enclosed lanai and beautifully landscaped back yard. This holiday rental has cathedral ceilings with skylights, new flooring and is immaculate. The villa features two master suites with in-suite bathrooms. One suite has a king bed, the other queen, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a trundle bed with two twin beds. Enjoy the Golf breeze in the tranquility of the private screened lanai and a heated free-form pool. Watch your favorite shows on a big screen plasma TV. Each bedroom has a TV.

This property was perfect for our group. There were 6 of us so 3 bedrooms and 3 baths is exactly what we needed. The pool/lanai area is lovely. The location is convenient for many activities. Will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed the stay. Process was smooth, property generally in good shape with lots of room and amenities. Pool especially was maintained well, clean and comfortable. Only comment would be it might be time to freshen up the paint on some of the interior walls/woodwork.

Spring Break family trip

We stayed with three adult children for Spring Break. They loved having separate sleeping areas and bathrooms. We spent most of our time at house grilling out and enjoying the pool. We had groceries delivered and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes needed to cook. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and there were plenty of beach towels and beach supplies. Quiet neighborhood and an overall a wonderful experience!

House was perfect for my wife and I plus two grown daughters with husbands. Pool area was great, house was well stocked and well maintained. It was a little further from the beach than I thought but by 10th's not miles. Shower curtain in guest suite bathroom needs changing.

Perfect location

This home is in a great quiet location, The pool stayed warm even with cool nights! Home very clean and mgt . company responded very fast! The TV's need some cable channels besides the streaming feature. Home is older so is a bit overpriced. Rented bikes for easy access to beaches, etc,

house looks great in the pictures king bed was 2" off the floor pool was not heated maroon living room furniture was filthy, soiled and smelled cable company came to disconnect service due to "OUR" non-payment for 3 months owner was out of the country during our stay and unable to "do" anything contract is very detailed on the part of the owner however read the fine print i have rented homes in Naples for the last 20 years and this was by & far bottom of the scale i'd recommend this property for anyone blind deaf & gullible

Amazing experience!

Our family had a wonderful experience at the house, everything was very clean and they offered a lot of water toys and games. There was something for everyone. The pool was very relaxing. Our experience was overall amazing, our only suggestion is to add another fan outside in the pool area. But overall everything was wonderful, would recommend 100%

Great location

Home was very clean inside and well stocked with kitchen needs. Beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets. Pool was awesome and communication was very prompt on any questions I had. Nice walk to beach. Great to have a fenced yard.

This is a very spacious home. We enjoyed the park pass, it was very nice to be able to go the beach without worrying about parking. The pool was lovely and the rooms were exactly what we needed. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed

Location location

Our weekend event was just five minutes from this home and we had several other family members who stayed nearby. This house is close to the beaches, shopping, very walkable. The house was very clean, well-stocked. Beds were fairly comfortable (everyone likes their own better!) and there were plenty of towels, etc. The pool area is lovely, although as it happened, our weather was too chilly to use it. We would stay again!

Wonderful stay in Naples Park

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. For 7 nights, it was just my husband and me and our dog, and for another 7 nights, another couple joined us. This would be a great rental for 3 couples too (one bedroom has twin beds, but it's very nice and roomy) or a family. We have stayed in the neighborhood before and love the proximity to the beaches and also to shopping and restaurants. It's a great area to walk in too - lots of friendly people and pups. The house was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The heated pool was perfect for our after-golf relaxation. We would recommend without hesitation.

Our family had a great time here. The kids loved the pool. A state park pass was left for us to use the beach up the street, which was beautiful. There were pool and beach accessories in the garage available for use.

Nice house with pool

This was the first time we rented a home for a vacation. Overall, the house exceeded expectations. The property was clean and in an excellent location (to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants). Overall a relaxing stay (plus the pool was enjoyed by all).

Family vacation

We stay for a week a family of 6 adults and 2 kids and a 4 year old toddler. Oh and $250 extra for our golden retriever. Vanderbilt Beach was great. The house is not 0.6 miles from the beach. It is much further walking or driving approximately 1.5 miles. The pool is not as big as it looks in the picture and they came to clean it on a Wednesday mid day and we could not get back in the pool for 2 hours., that should of been done either early morning or before we arrived on Monday, so we would not of been inconvenienced. The fridge and kitchen cabinets were full of food no space for our stuff. Never experienced that in any of the houses I have rented for summer vacations in the past. Also I have never been charged extra $200+ As an adult for my 4 year old grandson.. I will not be staying here again. Thank you

Met and exceeded expectations

House was roomy and felt like home. The layout was perfect with each bedroom having its own full bath. The kitchen was huge with all amenities. The location was close to stores and restaurants as well as the beach. We even made a trip to the Everglades one day. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

Lovely Property

A lovely place in a residential neighborhood. The house is clean and comfortable- perfect for families as well as a girls trip. The three of us had our own room and bathroom. We walked the neighborhood every day. It is close to the beach and restaurants. The pool and lanai were lovely and we spent the majority of our time out there. The owner was timely in fixing the disposal when it stopped working. The only thing that was disappointing was that the owners had disconnected the ice/water dispenser on the stainless steel refrigerator. The owner stated that renters do not know how to use it and it causes spills and creates potential for falls/injuries. We made a substantial investment, and I would expect to have the use of this equipment especially on a Florida vacation where it would be heavily used. We had to buys bags of ice which was inconvenient. The second small suggestion I would make is to replace all the outdoor furniture cushions. They are looking old and tired. I would give this property an A rating but not being able to use the ice dispenser really was an inconvenience for three adults staying on the property so I would give it a B.
