This Gulf Front home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A and comes with a 6 seat golf cart and 5 bikes. 4 chairs, two umbrellas and two tables are provided from 3/1-10/31 on your private dedicated beach. All adjacent constuction is complete.

Incredible completely remodeled 5 bed 5.5 bath home, with stunning raised pool, outdoor kitchen and all the bells and whistles. Amazing construction and design team behind this one!!

1st Floor: Queen Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 1/2 bath and expansive kitchen, dining and living room area, outdoor kitchen, heated swimming pool and dedicated private gated beach access.

2nd Floor: King Bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2nd Master King Bedroom and ensuite bathroom, Bedroom with one twin bunk and one twin with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, as well as large balcony that extends across the whole front of the home.

3rd Floor: Entire Floor dedicated to gorgeous King Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub and massive private balcony. There is a coffee bar and refrigerator drawers as well making it the perfect private get away.

The house is beautiful! Perfect location and proximity to everything. There is construction going on next door, but the workers were there during the day when we were busy on the beach, so it wasn’t much of an issue for us.

Great views of the ocean

House and location were great. Our only complaint was the Pool was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned. No directions on how to heat the pool were provided not any devices to remove things that had blown into the pool.

Amazing property

This house was so perfect! It was plenty spacious for our family of ten. The house is beautiful, excellent location, amazing view! The golf cart was very useful and we rented an additional one to accommodate us all. There were great amenities in the house. Especially the fridge drawers on the first floor and on the third floor. The only slight drawback was paying $50 a day to heat the pool and it really wasn't warm enough for any of the adults. Kids didn't mind though. Overall an amazing, very comfortable property!

Great location, beautiful home

We had an excellent stay at this house over the winter holiday. There were a few issues we came across, but the property management addressed each and every single one in a timely manner. It was a little disappointing to have so many issues for the price we paid to rent this home, but given that they were attentive and quick to fix the issues and even offered a small refund for the inconvenience, we were overall very happy!! The house is beautiful, especially the pool and the ease to get to the beach. Great location and plenty of space for the whole family!

congestion overwhelmed

I believe in production and construction I wish the property management would've told us about the major construction going on a house next-door where every day we was trapped in our driveway having to ask people to move vehicles just to go to breakfast or lunch every single day, banging noise, unbelievable construction every single dayvery disappointed not in homeowners property management knew this was taking place. Please do not go to this home for the next two months construction is heavy.

Check on construction

The team at Habitats 30A were great to work with and very responsive. The house, beach access, beach, beach chair service are all outstanding. The golf cart is a great way to get around town. I would simply caution you to check on adjacent construction before renting or going. The house is on a small culdesac with approximately 10 homes. 3 are under significant construction and the work truck congestion and noise were annoying and distracting.

Beach House

The house itself is amazing! Location is great super close to lots of great places to eat. Beach access was great. It’s is right next to a public beach access but we had no issues with getting a spot right in front of the house. However, there is a lot of construction on this street and the houses are all very close together, so there was not much privacy while at the pool or sitting out back, and the construction is quite loud and starts early in the morning. The pool was great to have but w head to contact management to have it cleaned multiple times because there was algae growing on the tile in the pool. They came out and used a wire brush to try to clean it off, which left little wire bristles in the pool, that then got stuck in my three years old foot which was not a pleasant experience. Overall, I recommend the house and location, will be so much better once the two houses next door are completed and I’d recommend some upkeep with the pool company.

Reviewer Comments: This is a great house & there are just a few things IMO that keep it from being 5 stars,esp for the rental cost. 1st, the location is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked w necessities & the ice machine & drawer coolers are super. The outdoor showers are helpful after being on the beach. On the down side,golf cart is older. Seatbelts, steering & brakes need some TLC. There were some bugs in the house, but the worst were ants on the sofa. The beds are so-so on comfort. We wish there had been more pillows for sleeping. There were not enough towels in bathrooms so we were constantly washing them,some need to be replaced b/c they were stained, thin etc. One of the BR fan remotes is missing & made it unable to be used. The pool was VERY dirty & cloudy. The pump was not on when we arrived. When the guy came to clean/adjust it he did an ok job. He added chemicals which made it unusable for at least an hr, which isn't ideal the 1st day of vacation & the water stayed cloudy. There was trash around the house. The prop mgt company was responsive & helpful with bikes needing air & getting the pool maintenance etc.

Exquisite 30A Beachfront Oasis

The private pool was perfect for our kiddos. We loved having our own private walkway to the beach. The provided golf cart made it a breeze cruising around to cute shops and nearby restaurants. The only slight negative was there was construction actively going on at three different houses around us. That said, I didn’t feel it negatively impacted our stay at all. I had a couple questions during our stay and the management property was very quick to respond and get me answers. It’s inevitable that something will come up don’t was nice knowing I had someone to reach out to that I knew would be there to assist. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at the house. We did like the location but there were several issues. I have discussed this with the rental company. However, it was probably worth half of what we paid. Construction was ongoing on two houses next door! The workers were beating and banging at 6 a.m. every morning and we had 3 cars on the property that were covered with plaster of a paint of some kind! We had 9 people in the house and had only one eye on the stove working for a week!! The experience was very disappointing and I think you should be informed if construction is ongoing.In the end we did receive a $1000.00 credit but honestly we spent $15,000.00 for the week and it was just one thing after another. Not sure if we will be back or not but it is not a good place to stay for now. The management staff was very nice and we understand construction has to be done but this was a little ridiculous.Thank you,BL - Knoxville
