Simple HUGE corner apt w/ patio near BEACHES! Bring yer dog!

Large, private, quiet 2bd 1 bath apartment, on 2nd floor with large patio/outdoor space. Simple, recently renovated -- new floors, granite counters and kitchen is all new -- with worlds most comfy sectional couch, new Casper Original queen platform bed in HUGE master bedroom with closet. 2nd bed gets lots of light, and has queen hybrid mattress but is otherwise used as storage (no closet available). ONE dog or ONE cat OK. No party animals please.
Apartment is located on 2nd floor of open-air building with plenty of parking in back of building. The beaches and great bars of Treasure Island are very close! Downtown St. Petersburg is a 10 min drive and the St. Pete Trolley is within walking distance.
This is very SAFE and QUIET location, great for someone looking for a huge, comfy getaway.

Well-traveled nomadic type of gal, with a pension for dangerous places and getting in over my head, like backpacking thru Baja as a solo female in my early 20's. (My first awesome solo trip! ) Spent 3 months in SE Asia, stumbling around Cambodia and Vietnam, as well teaching English in Japan for 2 years (sugoi, ne!) and then living the aloha life in Hawaii, before heading back to the mainland, where I landed in San Francisco and went to Art Skool.
Nowadays, travel requires loads of planning bc I have an 80lb hound, that I wouldn't leave behind for anything. So we hit the road and mostly do low country jaunts.

Close to beaches, bike, walk and run the Pinellas Trail, 2 blocks from the apartment, GREAT location for dog owners, excellent for bird lovers (we have peacocks, yes, real peacocks; rosetta billed flamingos and lots of blue jays). The building is as peaceful as it is private.
