Looked exactly as pictures shown ! Bright and updated in a lovely safe neighborhood, walk to everywhere. Owner and property manager very helpful and accommodating. Highly reccomend.
South of Cory Ave near the beach, restaurants, shopping.
Easy in and out the North end of St. Pete Beach.
South Pasadena just over the bridge.
Met the owner friendly and helpful.
This was our first stay at this property but will definitely not be our last. Location was perfect - 5 minute walk to the beach. The place had everything that we needed as we ended up eating most of our meals at home. The private back yard was great. We spent much of our time there and enjoyed the feeling of being so far removed from the turmoil. Kelly, as always was wonderful to deal with. It was great to meet the owner, Rick, who had some wonderful suggestions for local spots to visit. We look forward to a return visit when the world has returned to normal. Stay safe everyone!!
You can’t beat the location of this house: stores, beach, restaurants , entertainment. You can walk, ride bikes and drive quickly and easily. The backyard is perfect for humans and pets!
Everything was perfect for my stay here. I’d love to come back again in the future. Would highly recommend. Close to everything you need and everyone was extremely kind and helpful.
Loved our stay and will tell others of this rental! Easy to get to everything you want to enjoy about St. Pete’s. Really sweet people we booked with to top it off! Thank you

A definite five
A great cottage for two or three. Very convenient location with everything you need for an extended stay. Kelly was great to work with and Rick the owner stoped by to say hi. We will definitely be renting here again.

Perfect for us, Very nice property.................
We have never rented anything but condos. We were very impressed by this property! The photos are as shown. Perfect for my husband, myself and our little dog (Rocky). As we pulled into the driveway we saw a very well kept brick yard. Plenty of parking for the car. Entering the front door we see a beautiful clean spacious living area and off to the right a really nice little kitchen with enough room for two.and full size appliances Heading thru to the bedroom a nice queen bed (very comfortable), plenty of storage for clothes and luggage when we unpacked. Going out to a fenced yard, plenty of room for the pup who really liked to lay out in the sun. Shaded area, table/chairs and bicycles! Well kept yard and full size washer and dryer in it's own enclosed little shed. It is all very spacious which is much more than we expected. There are lots of excellent restaurants which are within walking distance for times when you don't want to cook. Rick, the owner, came by to welcome us and said not to hesitate to contact him if we needed anything. Needless to say you won't be disappointed. Have a good one and be well, Cynthia and Raymond.

Nice
Nice small cottage in a quiet area of town. It looks exactly as in the photos. Just for 2 people, with plenty of storage space and the basic kitchen appliances and utensils. Very well located as it is near stores, restaurants and bars so driving is unnecessary. It's also walking distance from the beach. The laundry room is well lit and has a new washing machine and dryer. The bikes are brand new but as they are outside, the tyres are in bad condition. Pity! There's also a nice garden with a small table, chairs and umbrella. The beach chairs are good as well. We would rent it again

St Pete Beach Stay
Very nice property. For two of us and small dog it was a great fit. Fenced in Backyard large enough for the dog to roam, and privacy. Met the landlord a few times. Very nice guy. We had a little trouble getting into the house initially but called Kelly and she was there within a few minutes. Close to downtown St Pete Beach and about 20 minute drive to St Petersburg Museums. Close to a lot of restaurants and the beach. Would definitely rent here again.

Small but perfect
Had a wonderful time. Enjoyed being so close to beach, shops, and everything. They had bikes there to ride which was wonderful. So close to all our favorite places in the St. Pete, Treasure Island area. Everything is there for you all you have to do is show up unpack and start enjoying your time. Would definitely stay again.

Great location
Walking distance to beach, bay, Corey Avenue, restaurants and shopping. Was small, as expected, but nicely decorated and equipped. A few kitchen items we needed were quickly supplied after a call to Kelly. Fenced-in patio area great for our dog. On the downside, the shared washer/dryer unit was quite small, somewhat inconvenient to use, but okay. And we would have preferred a gas grill, instead of the charcoal one provided. But altogether we had a lovely March in St. Pete Beach!

Pleasant Stay
Overall the property is nice. Location is convenient. They allow pets which is wonderful. Kelly is very accessible and easy to deal with. Property is on the small side but is exactly as shown in pictures( very nice décor). Listing stated property had iron and ironing board ,had iron, but no board. Listing also said a hairdryer was included, but no hair dryer was there. Pictures show washer/dryer and bikes(which are available but at a sister property down the street a few blocks) just fyi. All in all a nice relaxing stay. Now a few suggestions. Check lights on the back patio I think they do not work, having a pet and needing her to go outside after dark was not convenient. a clock in the bedroom or living room would be nice, even on vacation people like to know what time it is. One lamp in the living room is not enough light. Washer dyer area also needs light. Thank you

Thank you for the feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. This property has been newly renovated, so we apologize for the couple items that were missing. There is now a blow dryer and ironing board in the bungalow. As for washer/dryer and bikes, they are on-site in backyard. For your next stay and to all future guests, please contact me (Kelly) if you need anything or can't find something, and I will make sure you have it ASAP. Again, thank you for your feedback. It was much appreciated and passed along to the owner. Look forward to your return! :)

Exactly what we needed
We stayed here during evacuation so had to bring our pets which we typically don't do on vacation. They place was perfect for the dogs to spend time in large fenced area. It was clean and within walking distance of lots of things which was perfect for our baby who hates getting in his carseat! Owner and property manager were super nice and even arranged same day rental so we were able to beat the evacuation traffic which was wonderful!
