Colony Club N8 remodeled 2 bd 2 ba condo located approx 4 miles from beach

Located at the Colony Club at Drake's Landing, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home boasts tile/laminate flooring throughout - no carpet. Newly decorated and some new furniture. The condo has a balcony and modern amenities like flat-screen smart TVs and wireless internet access. The master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen and there is a new sofa sleeper in living room. King, Queen, Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 6

Colony Club offers community pool, hot tub, and beautiful sprawling green spaces. Take advantage of being just minutes away from Alabama Beaches. Colony Club is located in North Gulf Shores about 4.0 miles to public beaches and approximately 2 miles to the Gulf Shores Sportsplex. Less than one mile from the famous Craft Farms Golf Course . There is an outdoor pool and clubhouse near the entrance and lighted tennis courts and a community green area with a pond in the southern portion of the complex. Additionally, there is a fitness center, grilling and picnic area. These condos are a perfect choice for those who want to enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer combined with a sense of privacy that's not available in the more tourist-heavy parts of town.

2 car limit. Pass(s) purchased on-site. 25-year age restriction. No Pets.

***Guest must register with Colony Club on-site club house office upon arrival. Open Mon and Wed 9a-5p | Fri and Sat 8a-12p. Parking pass(s) can be purchased via cash or credit card.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

Great place!!

Great location, out of the way of traffic, but close to everything at the same time. Most definitely recommend.

atmosphere, rooms, service was excellent !

everything was awesome , only suggestion would be a couple of bar stools at counter...outside of that ...completely awesome...lus , loved the pics and scriptures on the wall.

Very nice place!

We would definitely stay here again! Very clean and safe. It was a little trouble checking in as you had to go to the gulf shores rental location which is not on site to check in and then drive to the actual property. Other than that, it was very nice.

Great place close to the beach

The condo was clean, spacious, and minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We had an issue with the wifi and I needed it because I had to work. Someone was there to fix it within an hour. Super easy to check in and out, and very responsive rental group.

VRBO had all things needed to go to the beach (Chairs, boogie boards, sand castle stuff... etc). Pool and equipment area very good. We highly recommended for a family of 6.

Even had a washer and dryer, which was nice as we had a toddler with us. It was quiet and was only minutes away from beaches,restaurants and shopping. There was a zoo right around the corner from our rental. Looking forward to our next visit.

Reviewer Comments: It was very clean access was easy we were actually able to get into our unit 3 hours before check in.a code was sent to our phone so that was nice.only thing I would suggest is to bring your own toilet paper if you plan on staying more than a couple days cause they only provide one roll each not sure if it's normal in that area but the cold water had a yellow tint to it,it may be normal in that area im not sure.but other than that it was a wonderful place to stay very clean the air worked great even had stuff to take to beach umbrella a beach mat even boards for the water.plenty of towels was a great place

Nice place but mis managed and poorly maintained by Gulf Shore Re

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful room but i feel I was mislead by the description of the ad but that was my fault. The tv was all but useless and the management refused to properly deal with the issue or try to correct it.

This unit was advertised as having no cable. Maintenance went out and helped the guest receive his desired channel. The next day he was encountering the same issue and we offered maintenance to come back out. The guest refused. Since it was a Sunday, we could not send a cable company out to do a full installation. We did reach out to the owner and request they have cable installed for future guests. Cable is now being installed.

Nice condo, good location for softball & baseball events

This second floor condo was nicely furnished and conveniently located less than 5 minutes from Gulf Shores Sportsplex. The checkin process was a bit of a hassle as you have to go to an office to pick up keys rather than using a door code like most vacation rentals. The building is also undergoing renovations, which we were not expecting. The work crews were replacing the vinyl siding, which didn’t bother us since we were gone to the ballpark most days. However, we were surprised to come back to the condo one afternoon to find they had removed the bedroom window and installed a new one. We were very uncomfortable with the idea that the workers had full access to all of our belongings and we were not given a heads up.

We hate to read this kind of review because the construction is not something we were made aware of. Rental companies are, unfortunately, not kept in the loop when certain properties are undergoing renovation.
