Luxury Condo at Colony Club

Colony Club is a gated condo complex just about 5 minutes north of Gulf Shores. This ground floor condo is beautifully decorated and has many community amenities, including a recreation center, very large pool and hot tub. and a large tennis court. One bedroom has two queen size beds that are operated by remotes to raise top or bottom. It has a smart lamp for smart phone or laptop plug ins. It has its own en suite bathroom with granite counter top, tub and shower combo and shampoo, conditioner and bath wash dispenser. This bedroom has a smart TV. It has a very large closet with extra pillows and blankets. The living room has a beautiful new leather sofa, a gliding rocker with footstool, and a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV. French doors lead out to the porch, which has two tall back rockers with side tables. The kitchen features granite counter tops, refrigerator with ice maker, brand new smooth top stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The adjoining dining room has a stand alone pantry, beautiful bamboo chairs and table with rug that matches living room rug. Most paintings in this condo are original from local artists. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a bedside table and lamp, a TV armoire with a 43 inch Samsung Smart TV. It has a plug in for extra charging of smart devices and a very large closet with extra pillows and blankets. The en suite bathroom is a colorful beach blue with granite countertop, a tub shower combo with shampoo, conditioner and bath wash dispenser. The recreation center is a wonderful gathering center with a very large pool for gathering with friends. There are many beautifully landscaped sitting areas to view ponds with water spouts. This is a wonderful and safe place to be if you want to relax there or head to the beach.

The Perfect Host

Ms. Eloise is lovely and wonderful to work with. She made sure everything about our stay was the way it should be and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything knowing my mom had a recent, extreme medical diagnosis. I absolutely recommend staying here and working with Ms. Eloise.

Love this place!

My family and I stayed there for 4 nights. It was a great stay! Miss Eloise communicated everything really well with me, so it made me feel at ease. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, and everything we needed for cooking wares were there. I didn’t use the pool at all due to time constraints, however couple times I went to the pool, it wasn’t crowded at all and water was clear. Lots of shopping centers and entertainment nearby. I will certainly rent it again from Miss Eloise. If you are there for baseball tournament at Gulf Shores Sportplex or Foley Sportplex, this place is just a perfect unit for you!

We have owned condos in Coastal Alabama since 1994, but did not move here until 2005 after selling our radio staton in North Alabama. Coastal Alabama, especially Gulf Shores, is a beautiful place to be for relaxing on the beach, finding great fresh seafood, enjoying festivals and outdoor musical events, deep sea fishing, boating, and just enjoying beach life. We loved the area so much, we made it our home. The sugar white sands and the beautiful emerald and blue waters showcase God's creation in this world. We welcome you to Coastal Alabama to enjoy it as we do.

Why they chose this property

We loved this property because it is in such a quiet and safe gated location. It feels like home, but it's just 5 minutes to the beach if you want to head that way. There is a golf course next door and a great restaurant, both within walking distance. We always owned gulf front properties, but this one seems more like home to us and we love the friendly people who own other condos in this wonderful community. The pool is large, the hot tub is great, you can work out in the fitness room, play tennis, or just sit and view some of the many water views on the property. It's just a happy place to be.

What makes this property unique

Recreation Center for gatherings, playing bridge or card games, meeting friends. The large well kept pool and hot tub. The tennis court and fitness center and the beautiful water spots with water fountains in the center, great for sitting and relaxing. It's close enough to get to the beach in 5 minutes, yet far enough out to be quiet and peaceful.
