We've had the pleasure of staying at Tammy's property multiple times, and it never disappoints. It's always clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood. We really appreciate the well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful essentials, which make every stay feel like home. The easy access to the freeway is an added bonus. We always enjoy our stays here and look forward to coming back!

Winter Getaway

We really enjoyed the rental property as it was in a quiet residential area in the Yuma area. Everything that we needed was available and very clean. We would not hesitate to lease again from this host. Pat and Bob Pytak

My name is Tammy and I am the host for Bolken Properties LLC. I am here to make your stay at this or any of our homes the best possible. I take a great deal of time and pride in providing a very clean home for our guests. I want each person to have a wonderful experience and feel right at home.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This is a very cute home and as the name states relaxing. During the time I was there preparing the home I would love to relax in one of the living room chairs and unwind while I planned for the next day. It may not be a huge home but it is very comfortable and a fantastic place to stay when traveling or for winter visitors. Easy access to the freeway, groceries, gas, food and bars. Located 25 minutes from the river and about 30 minutes to Algodones MX. Pets are welcome also.
