Why they chose this property
I chose Old San Juan because of its historical background and well preserved monuments. My property is one of the few historic houses with spectacular Atlantic Ocean view and it is located across the street from a 16th century fort.
What makes this property unique
Tax free shops, grocery stores, beach, 5 star restaurants, & bars, all at walking distance. Safe to walk and friendly and quiet neighborhood. Public parking space within three blocks, one spot for free for my guests only.
