Spring Break

This stay was amazing . Very convient and close to many stores!. The home was equipped with all you need for your stay. Would definitely stay at this home again .

Close to Disney

Close to Disney. Could use a lot of upgrades and more utensil are needed in the kitchen.

Awwww sorry to see the rating, you did have concerns with a lock when you got there so I sent someone immediately to replace it for you and that was done. Everything else nothing was brought up. I have the kitchen full stocked but maybe send me a message what you needed and I can add it. I am pretty sure all standard items are there, I will have management double check to make sure nothing is missing. And updates? The property is the same as pictured. Sorry you felt that way. I know you sent me a message saying you enjoyed your stay I hope you truly did

Daughter Senior Trip

We had a blast! The property was very nice. The host was very easy to contact and got back with us immediately with any questions we had. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We enjoyed our time there.

Nice for families

Marla was great to work with as a host. She was quick to respond and answer questions. The house was wonderful. Nicely furnish with comfortable beds. The kids loved the pool as well. The only issue we has was that the trash was not picked up as indicated, but Marla connected with the HOA. Overall, we had a great stay!

Book at your own risk

First off let me say that me and my family are usually not very picky....however The pictures of this listing are inaccurate. There is no driveway. You have to park in a parking lot about 6 houses from the property...which would have been fine if the parking lot wasnt covered with huge holes. The pool filter doesnt work. I had to skim the pool 15 times. The paint around the pool is coming off so it looks like mold but isnt. We arrived to a dirty pool and a broken pool skimmer. A broken kitchen draw and stains on the carpet. Also a broken umbrella. I will say the host replaced the pool skimmer and umbrella but i shouldnt of had to skim as many times as i did. I wouldnt even let my 6 year old swim the first day. The community pool is ver nice. There isnt many activities on site. They have a playground, basketball court, and computer room right behind the property. Beware of the ants ....i know its florida and there will be bugs and lizards but you could not sit around the pool deck without ants crawling all over you. Not very much counter space. Pleanty of untensils and cookware. The interior is decorative and very nice. You have to program the tvs in order to use them. The property is quiet. The security gaurd leaves at around 8pm which leads to long lines at night when you return. After we cleaned the pool the pool heat was a great thing to have. The pool light is also broken so it is dark at night. The two blue chairs outside are dry rotted so sit at your own risk. 4/10

Hi Christina, I’m sorry you feel that way. I have many reviews and have never ever heard this about the property. The pictures seem to be very accurate. it does not state that there is a driveway. The pool filter does absolutely work and I have the report from the pool cleaner I called out for you and had them check everything and pictures in the pool was perfectly clean and they said everything was working correctly. I asked you for pictures multiple times of the pool and you kept telling me you would send them, but I never received it. And yes, I was not aware that the umbrella for the outside patio was broken but I did send that immediately upon you requesting it. And the kitchen drawer I’m not sure if that was broken by yourselves or not because I have pictures prior to your arrival and it was not broken but again I had somebody come out and fix that immediately as well. The house is sprayed for bugs regularly, because yes, in Florida there are lots of bugs so the only way there would’ve been mini ants outside is if there was food left outside which by camera from the pool person, there was multiple times, including the party. I was hoping I would be able to post pictures to what you are stating, but it does not let me. But I think I received between 10 and 15 calls from you about every day that you were there and responded to every single one of them immediately. I hope you guys enjoyed your trip.
