A tan sólo 15 minutos de Disney World, a 20 minutos de Universal Studios ya 20 minutos de Sea World, se encuentra el oasis de Cumbrian Lakes, una comunidad cerrada establecido alrededor de cuatro lagos y rodeado de su propia zona de bosque de conservación además de una zona de juegos para los niños pequeños.

Mi bien equipada, espaciosa casa aquí, con su piscina privada y un spa, es la base perfecta para disfrutar de todo lo que el centro de Florida tiene para ofrecer, al mismo tiempo un refugio tranquilo en el que recargar las pilas después de toda la emoción.

Hay una suite principal encantadora, un segundo dormitorio doble, dos habitaciones dobles y tres baños completos. La habitación cómoda de estar de planta abierta cuenta con instalaciones de comedor, sofás y un televisor de 32.
La casa ha sido recientemente reformado - Actualizado fotos de seguir dentro de un par de semanas.

En el exterior hay una terraza de la piscina totalmente examinados con una piscina y spa privado, que se puede calentar si es necesario. Hay tumbonas, una mesa de comedor y sillas. La zona de la piscina puede ser iluminado por las noches y un ventilador de techo proporciona una agradable brisa.

Los restaurantes y tiendas de la 192 son cinco minutos de distancia, con una gran selección de campos de golf y centros comerciales dentro de los 30 minutos en coche. Un poco más lejos se encuentran lugares como el Centro Espacial Kennedy y Busch Gardens.

Cleanest rental in the lap of luxury

Beautiful home inside and out, the cleanest rental we have ever seen. Great location to all the parks and shopping. Would definately rent again!

Hot tub house

Our stay at the hot tub house was exactly what we had wanted.. we were a party of four adults and it met all our expectations. The best part was the hot tub. We really enjoyed that especially after we got back to the house after a long day at the ball diamonds..

Great place for the family!

The house is wonderful. Very nice and clean. When we didn't go to one of the amusement parks, the private pool was great. The property manager was wonderful. She provided all the information for check in and check out. She made it very easy.

Great house and location!

This house was very comfortable for the 3 couples.Very clean and in great shape. Well stocked with dishes and cookware.Very nice neighborhood, close to attractions and shopping.My only complaints are there was not a startup package to get through first day, such as paper towel and dish soap. But when i called the property manager it was delivered the next day. The pool and hot tub was not heated day one and heat shut off before our last day. We stayed in February so the weather was not hot enough to warm the pool.

Perfect family vacay home!

We brought our family (young kiddos and baby included) to Florida for winter vacation and this turned out to be the perfect home for us. It is very clean, plenty of sleeping room as well as hangout areas, and is located in a quiet neighborhood with a small kids park and walking paths. The pool and hot tub were very warm (during our cool-weather week) and were used multiple times daily by both kids and adults! The host quickly answered any and all messages. Highly recommend!

Yearly getaway

JUST A FEW THINGS TO NOTE, CALLED TO GET Pool cleaned 3 times with no response, rear left element on stove not working, knob on door to laundry rm missing also door was off track, also couple of Lights were not working, also may i suggest bigger size TVs in the bedrooms no smaller than 32" and at least 50" in living rm for the flat panel tvs are pretty cheap now. Thanks overall decent stay.

Amazing vacation home!

This house had everything we could ask for and more!! It was more spacious then I thought it would be, which was a great bonus. The home was very clean and well equipped with everything we would need. The pool was amazing and was great to relax in after a long day at the parks. Susan was wonderful answering all my questions prior to our stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! My kids were sad to leave the pool behind :(. Great for Two Couples

The house and pool were as depicted in the photos. The house was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. We had an issue with the overhead light in the queen sized bedroom and called maintenence multiple times from the time we arrived until we left 10 days later and the light was still not fixed.

Loved it

We had a great week! Everything was as described clean, and great location. I have already recommended it to a friend. The only suggestion I have is that the listing should let everyone clearly know that the pool guy comes around every morning. We found out when we went out one morning and someone had put the hose in the pool while we were sleeping, however I only saw him once. Having 3 daughter’s I just would have liked the heads up.

Just like home

We had some trouble getting in. After 3 different codes we could get in. Clean and nice decor. Lot of space for the four of us. Good appliances but the beds needs to be replaced. It was very comfy and felt like home. On our next to last day the cleaning company were there when we were out and the next morning we received a very rude mesage that we should have left the house the day before. After contact with the owner the problem was solved.

This property is amazing in all aspects - convenient to shops, parks, major highways, and grocery stores. The host was helpful in answering my questions even when we were there, and she is very quick with communicating. The property management was also very nice when I called about a bee issue and they got a pest control company out right away. However, we did have a few minor issues with the pool and they put in the request, but the pool company never showed up while we were there. Disappointed in the pool company for not doing their job and it made it so we couldn’t have a well working hot tub during our stay, and they never came to fix the pool itself since the light in the pool didn’t work so we swam in the dark. Otherwise, this property is amazing and convenient for kids of all ages! I would absolutely stay here again!

Canadian’s winter vacation

My husband and I booked this property for a 1 week vacation in Kissimmee before a cruise from Port Caravel. This was the first time booking a house in Florida using this site. The house was exactly as listed. The house was very clean and had was in good shape. Furniture was nice and decor had a beachy vibe, just what we needed for our vacation. Pool was an excellent size and and well maintained. Everything we needed was provided in the house. Only suggestion to be provided would be dish detergent for the kitchen sink. It’s hard to buy vacation size of this product. Also, a couple pool size towels, we had to buy our own. Beautiful home, great host. Would definitely book again

Not great

Stiff beds, not clean: Dining table wasn’t clean (sticky), water closet in the master had lots of mysterious stains on the walls, soap scum on shower walls, mold on the caulk, pool was completely unusable (paid for the heat.) Called management company twice, no resolution so I gave up so I didn’t ruin my vacation. Property owner was 4,000 miles away having her own trip so I didn’t want to bother her. She was sweet. Lots of signage about fees and to ‘read a booklet provided’. The booklet had two pages of the same thing, nothing to ‘read’.

The perfect vacation!

My family and I booked a 2 week stay to explore the Orlando area, and the Disney Parks. The parks were always less than half hour drive to the parking gate. Depending on arrival time, from the Park gate to parking can vary greatly. When we left an hour before the parks opened, we never missed a rope drop. On arrival, the house was PERFECT! It was very clean, the temp was set, and the pool was warm!! During our entire stay, I did not have a single issue that was related to the house. 5-stars is the lowest rating I could possible give! The property manager was very kind and quick to respond. The check-in process was simple. All of the documentation posted around the interior of the house made it very easy to understand all the procedures. If I had to complain about anything, it would be dealing with traffic at the entrance of Cumbrian Estates. It proved to be challenging when entering and exiting the property on a 55mph highway. Especially when school was starting, or letting out, when traffic got heavy. Once inside the gates, all was well!. This is in no way a problem. Not an issue that can be corrected by the property managers. I've booked many Orlando area houses in the past, but this is the first time that I will be looking to book this specific house AGAIN on our next visit. It was the best experience we've had. VRBO has proven to be a much more effective booking service than the others. Thank you so much for everything, and for the memories!

Great Choice

I took my family (wife + 3 kids) - we had a wonderful time. Distant enough from the parks for traffic to be low; private neighborhood; quiet. Close personal shopping (Walmart, Sams, Chick Fil A). Close enough to the parks to be there in 15-20. House was great, spacious. It was a great decision to stay here, and will likely try to do so again in the future.
