Welcome to our cozy ranch home, lovingly named after the matriarch of the family. The Frances house is close to everything, shopping, and great restaurants, minutes to Winthrop College, Indoor sports complex, velodrome cycling track, Lake Wylie for boating & kayaking enthusiasts. Convenient to I77, 25 min to Charlotte NC. Newly renovated & Sleeps up to 7, with a fully equipped kitchen ready for the creative cook. Enjoy the fenced-in backyard with deck. Enough parking spaces with a long driveway.

Perfect Spot!

This was the perfect home for a group of family to stay for a reunion nearby. There was plenty of space and it was very nice and clean. Extra points for the beautiful welcome basket :) I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Rock HIll!

Comfortable home to stay in

We stayed for 3 weeks so we got a really good feel for the property. The kitchen was abundantly stocked so it was easy for me to cook our meals. They even had plenty of spices to use. The location is close to grocery stores, coffee, a short drive to cute downtown Rock Hill and access to the highway. There was no mention of needing to bring our own supplies like toilet paper, paper towels. It would have helped to know that and set correct expectations, but we just stocked up when we got there. Overall a very pleasant stay, and I would recommend the property.
