Large 3ba 2ba home. Newly added to VRBO but 20+ 5 star reviews on other sites. Vaulted ceilings and fireplace in family room. Master on main with full bath. Large chefs kitchen with access to patio. Full size washer / dryer and tons of storage. Large patio with views of large peaceful back yard. Upstairs, 2 large bedrooms and another full bath. Wonderful home close to Southpark, Ballantyne, Matthews and Uptown. 3 memory foam queen beds. We have 3 other homes and hundreds of 5 star reviews!

Can be rented in combination with unit next door to accommodate up to 12 guests.

Great location. The host was very quick to respond with any needs or questions. The home was great for us and our dogs. The coffee maker was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property located close to our preferred activities. Walking distance to a grocery store, good sports bar and Dunkin Donuts. Property owner was very responsive and the amenities were nice.

This house was perfect for our quick getaway. We had space to cook together and eat. Shopping at Traders Joe's up the street was very convenient. Loved the covered parking. Perfect directions in the email that was forwarded.

Overall the stay was very nice, I have a few concerns when I came and assessed the place. The glass door that you had to open to access the front door, does not lock. My mother had to come in and use the restroom and in the bathroom downstairs when she went to pull the door open, the handle came with her hand.

Wonderful

The house was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and washcloths available, which was a nice touch even though we brought our own. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I can truly say we had a relaxing stay. Everything was perfect!

Easter Getaway

Comfortable and clean home with 3 full size bedrooms in a great neighborhood in Charlotte. Also was pet friendly and was able to bring our 2 elderly dogs for an Easter weekend visit with family. Highly recommended.

Excellent host and location

Our family had an incredible stay at Adam’s Vrbo! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed while still offering a peaceful retreat. The home was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it an ideal spot for our entire family to relax and enjoy our time together. Adam was a fantastic host, responsive and thoughtful, ensuring everything went smoothly. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

The house was as advertised and more. They had a Christmas tree with lights on upon arrival. Very spacious and well stocked. Location was close to everything! We will definitely be staying here o. Our next visit to Charlotte. The host was very responsive to all my inquiries!

Nice place, clean, comfortable bed with nice linens. Kitchen is fine, although garbage disposal wasn’t working properly. Lighting throughout the downstairs was inadequate. One light in the bedroom. Fan light went out. The hall door to the bathroom has a handle which kept coming off…a simple repair but it wasn’t done. A couple of holes in the bathroom tile near floor…creepy! Shower was great however. Living room had uncomfortably deep couches, very little lighting and no end table or coffee table. We unfortunately had very bad weather so we were stuck inside more than we would’ve been so couldn’t enjoy the little back porch. Watching TV or relaxing in the living room was almost impossible with the uncomfortable couches, which even several throw pillows didn’t help. When I spoke with the host, he was helpful the first time. Last night, some kind of alarm which he had installed went off indicating a problem with gas. I don’t think the house has a gas line however. I texted the host after the alarm stopped sounding and we discovered that nothing was wrong, but I never heard back from him. I think a few hundred dollars worth of work to do a few renovations would make this a five star or at least 4 1/2. Doubtful we would stay there again, however.

The place was great. Clean room. Nice back porch. The downstair shower was a little hard on the skin. (Felt like it was gonna take the meat off ny bones) so I would not recommend young children using it.
