Longer stay! Modern Mountain Retreat!

Less than a mile to Diamond Peak on beaches! Newly renovated 3-bed 2.5 bath condo, complete with a fire table on the deck and rare stairs down to an open area. Perfect for your furry friends. Lots of natural light. Enjoy the spacious open-concept living / dining area, & a fully furnished kitchen. There is a built in wet bar for all of your libations :) Fully equipped with games, a flat screen tv, and a bonus loft furnished with another flatscreen t.v. & futon.

BEDROOMS: King in primary, Queen in second bedroom, and day bed (single) with trundle (single) in third bedroom. Single futon in loft.

LOFT: flat screen tv, two furry bean bag chairs, and a futon that folds down into a single bed.

KITCHEN: brand new stainless appliances, fully inventoried with all your cooking needs. Breakfast bar with stools, open concept to dining and living room. Dining area with table, benches and chairs.

LIVING SPACE: Vaulted ceilings, Gas burning fireplace, Large streaming tv and comfy L-shaped sectional, makes this a comfortable place for your family to hang out, connect and enjoy games!

OUTDOOR LIVING: One of the largest decks in the complex, with it being a wrap-around on the corner and extra wide, with stairs down to make accessing the pool or wooded area easy. Gate at the top of stairs. Outdoor lounging and fire pit set-up for you to enjoy a cocktail or your morning coffee with mountain views. Grill included for those summer BBQ's!

Two parking spaces included. Parking is first come first serve for complex and no offsite street parking is permitted. Walking distance to complimentary shuttle to Diamond Peak in the winter.

Dogs with approval allowed. No cats due to allergies, sorry.

We are readily available by text, phone or email, and have a local property manager to handle any emergencies.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Property was clean, comfortable and located close to Diamond Peak mountain...only a 10 minute walk to the lift! Property manager was a great communicator and professional. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great summer getaway

We had a wonderful stay and loved the location. Chris the host was warm and a pleasure to work with. We had an issue with loud noises coming from the fridge and Chris went above and beyond to try to get it addressed from a thousand miles away. The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable. My kids really enjoyed the loft and bunkheds and nearby pool. The large deck was lovely every morning.

Incline Village Best

This location was so perfectly suited for our vacation it is hard to imagine having stayed anywhere else! The open kitchen, dining/living room area was so incredibly roomy and enjoyable, it was a great place for our family to reconnect, eat group meals and play games! We loved the Tahoe blue color scheme and decor. The wrap around porch with its mountain views was ideal for my morning yoga and BBQ’ing! Walk around the complex and you will see that this unit has the absolute best porch and is located very closely to the pool as well. We also loved the quick access to our morning hike with our dog. Bonus: the loft would keep agile small children out from under your feet the entire time and also be a great space for reading/watching a movie while still being a part of the conversation in the main living space below. Possibly the only concern about this VRBO is for anyone with issues climbing stairs. You climb steep stairs from the parking lot and you climb stairs from the 1st floor bedrooms to the 2nd floor living area described above. We greatly appreciated the super open and prompt communication with the host as well. We will be back!

We LOVED the place!! Chris was WONDERFUL to work with! We spent the week skiing at Diamond Peak and were only 5 minutes away! The condo was super clean, cute and had everything we needed! We will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay with a family while visiting lake Tahoe

We had a lovely stay! The host is very kind and accomodating and the location of the townhouse is extremely convenient to all attractions of Incline Village.

Why they chose this property

Once a Canadian always a Canadian! We just love the huge trees and skiing that Tahoe offers! and the lake! It's magnificent! We specifically fell in love with Incline Village because of it's small town charm and the trees! You cannot even see the street over from you because of all the trees! And it's like this through the whole town!

What makes this property unique

Largest wrap around deck in complex, and only one with stairs down. Quick access to pool. Propane-based fire pit for those cooler summer nights.
