Fully fenced-in backyard with parking behind house or front of house.

Only a few blocks to 2 Golf courses and only 1 mile from the Colorado river. Close to Avi and Spirit Mountain casinos and Laughlin Nevada only a short 25 minute drive. Walmart, Safeway and Smiths close by.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
When dishwasher is finished, please turn off water valve on back of house (at bottom of the ramp).
Please pile used bedding and towels (except comforters) on laundry room floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not set hot pans directly on kitchen counter tops. Will damage countertops.
