Beautiful Ichetucknee River waterfront with Private Dock.

THIS IS ONE OF THE LAST RIVERS IN FLORIDA WHERE THE WATER IS STILL CRYSTAL CLEAR.

If you are looking for PRIVACY..this is the place !!

Shaded home with sunny dock. Float down the river or watch the current in this spring fed crystal clear water. Fishing, boating, snorkeling, cave diving, scuba, swimming. Covered, and screened front porch, covered parking. With over 100 ft waterfront view of the crystal clear Ichetucknee River, our home features an open floor plan for the living, dining, and kithchen. The master bedroom has a private full bath and opens onto the sundeck which over looks the river. The other three bedrooms and full bath, have two queen size beds and a king. The living room opens onto the screened porch that also overlooks the river. The entire house is on stilts with parking underneath plus plenty of parking for boats. COMPLETELY FURNISHED...bring your personal items, food, clothes & a desire for a relaxing vacation. We have all dishes, utensils, linens, towels and more. Satellite TV throughout . Boat ramps available.

We love this property so much. It’s a very quiet getaway. No matter if the river is high or low, we always have the best time. Family friendly, tons of room and great outdoor space.

We've stayed here several times over the years. I love this spot, And thanks to the host (JOE) for always answering our texts right away. The house comes equipped with thing you can imagine down to a blender and a wine bottle opener. Lol. Love this place.

Perfect getaway for us

Absolutely wonderful, peaceful place to stay right on the Ichetucknee with all its wildlife and pristine beauty. Property was clean, well equipped, and spacious. Loved taking long morning walks along the sandy roads through the neighborhood, swimming in the cool clear water, watching the fish and spotting ibis, herons, woodpeckers and hawks right from our deck. Kid caught little minnows in the fish trap during the day and toads after dark (we released both). We will be back as soon as we can!

“Chillaxing “ on the Ichetucknee

Coffee on the dock, sitting on the dock, tubing off the dock, swimming off the dock…..priceless !!! Home was spacious and accommodated our family of 7 ( 8 with dog ) comfortably .

Absolutely amazing

The house itself was laid out beautifully, lots of space. The river access in the back of the house was amazing. The water was crystal clear. The kids were able to swim and snorkel right off the back deck. We also got to see a manatee swim by one morning.. I would absolutely recommend this property to anybody who is debating, just do it ! You won’t regret it. We made So many Amazing memories with family and friends. Thank you so much to the hosts who made everything so easy and enjoyable..
