Cozy New Cabin with all modern conveniences surrounded by woods and wildlife..

Beautiful cabin on 7.6 wooded acres with hunting, snowmobiling, fishing, and hiking.. 40 minutes from Lake Ontario Beach and 15 minutes from Lake Oneida State Park, where there are many attractions and water activities. Sylvan beach is 20 minutes away with lots of great restaurants and activities. Five minutes from Bass fishing and kayaking. The Salmon river is 22 minutes away. Snowmobile trails that go all the way to Canada are only five minutes from the cabin.
Our cabin is beautiful and cozy with high speed internet and cable TV. A work desk is also provided in case you need it. Very peaceful and relaxing with abundant wildlife. Completely surrounded by woods with no other houses in sight. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer for your convenience. The great room has a large flat screen TV, electric fireplace, comfortable furniture, queen sofa bed and recliner make for a comfortable living space.

The cabin was cozy (as advertised), also clean, and perfect for 2 adults and 2 grown children. Snow was falling the night we arrived, but the owner made sure the driveway was freshly plowed so we had no problem with access. It was an easy 20-min drive to Osceola Ski and Sport Resort (which we also highly recommend).

This cozy cabin in the woods was very well equipped with whatever you could possibly need . Communication with the Host was excellent and I would strongly recommend a stay on Fern Ridge.

The property exceeded our expectations. The pictures online do not do it justice. Such a cozy, welcoming, homey place to stay. The wife and I fell in love and didn’t want to leave.

Sorry, did not experience as advertised

Rating based on these factors: 1) property is 48-50 mi. from Syracuse, not 28 mi. as advertised in profile, 2) upon entering cabin noticed dead flies on the floor downstairs, and swept up 30 dead flies, found more in the loft, 3) could not get wifi to work during stay even after discussing with owner, 4) did not get combination for locking the back door even after communicating with owner, and 5) water from shower was brown, did not notice this with other faucets, low water pressure in shower.

The is a really nice and clean and modern cabin. We have stayed at other rentals in the area and this one was the best. It was a little bit out of the downtown of Camden where we were visiting family, but the cleanliness and niceness of the cottage made the extra minutes of driving worth it.
