We invite you to stay in this exceptionally new condo we just listed with great views of the ocean, from your Dinning, Living Room, Master Bedroom, and Patio. The complex has it's own private beach.

Lots of natural light, fully remolded 2 Bedroom Suite (1400 sqft.) Condo,
located in the La Jolla Excellence for a relax full experience. 2 Bedroom and 2 Full Baths with 1 enclosed parking behind closed gates
If you wishing to just stay in, we offer A full kitchen with everything you need to cook like in a home, We offer drinking water in refrigerator dispenser. TV's in all the rooms Wifi thru out the condo. Need to make a call no problem you can make local or long-distance calls from the condo.
If you wish to relax in the complex there is patio furniture for you to relax, indoor and out door pools, Indoor and out door Jacuzzis, Sauna and Steam room, Tennis Court, BBQ Area, and a private beach for the complex only. Free cover parking for one car, 24hr video surveillance and 24hr security on site to make you feel quite safe to walk around at any time thru out the complex
Please note: La Jolla Excellence is in the process of expanding, and additional towers are being constructed.

Amazing Condo

This condo is just as pretty in person as it is in photos. The host was very responsive and flexible when I unexpectedly got ill and had to reschedule my trip. The host was very accommodating and instructions were very clear. Our stay here was perfect from being in a safe area, safe parking structure , cleanliness , amazing views. You won’t regret staying here. We’d definitely stay here again.

Nice but False location.

Everything was fine only thing I did not like at all was in the maps in Vrbo it says it’s right on the strip next to everything but it’s actually 5 mins down the street.

Cristobal the VRBO map does show how far everything is from the condo. This condo is located about a 5 min drive away to the Down Town. We do provide address at time of booking, along with our picture directions how to get to our condo. I am sorry if VRBO show you something different on their website this would be our of control but we will try to have it correct it if indeed it's misleading in any way Thank you for your stay and your review

The property was clean and spacious with amazing views! Sal Hernandez was absolutely amazing - super helpful and very responsive. Our check-in process was seamless. We had several questions and requests which he answered promptly. Sal gave us the inside scoop on great restaurant recommendations and parking downtown Rosarito. We look forward to a future visit! Rosarito Trip

Place had awesome beach view of the ocean. Unfortunately, there was an accident. My friend slipped and fell on the floor by the pool. It was wet and slippery. She had a broken arm and will be going through surgery.

A bad experience

The place is very small, the door of the main bedroom with the air that enters hits the wall and makes a lot of noise, it does not let you sleep. When you make the reservation, they charge you an additional per person, since it is not stipulated in the app and besides that they charge you more, the other people end up staying in a sofa bed, I definitely do not recommend it, a bad experience.

I am sorry you had this issue no one else has reported this issue before but we will look into it. When you made this reservation. You made it for 1 person so VRBO charged you our basic Occupancy Rate up to 4 people since it's a 2 bedroom, we allow 2 additional guests stay in the living room for a fee making this condo a max of 6 people, This is disclosed by VRBO and also what kind of bedding we offer. So when you brought a total of 6 guests you were indeed charged the extra fee, had you input 6 people from the start you would have automatically known the price up front, before you made the reservation. VRBO is really good at disclosing all fees before you book. If you felt you needed a bigger condo then you should have booked a 3 bedroom and paid the the 3 bedroom price. Giving us a 1 star is not fair at all but this is your opinion and we respect it. Mark Executive Real Estate Service

La propiedad es tal cual se describe y se puede apreciar en las fotos. Todo lo encontramos en orden y limpio. El contacto estuvo atento a cualquier necesidad por nuestra parte. Todo funciono correctamente. Se hizo un cambio de toallas a media estadia que fue de gran ayuda. Me volveria a quedar aqui sin problemas.

Fantastic Views

I have stayed in this property before. La Jolla Excellence is truly spectacular. The condo was very clean and very modern. The view from the balcony was worth a million dollars. There was just an issue with getting some linnen for the couch but that was quickly taken care of and there were some small flying bugs that I believe are part of being at the beach, so bring a bug repellent or keep the screen door closed. The pool are is in front of the private beach. They also have an indoor heated pool. Overall, this was a fun and comfortable stay. Tip for your stay, go eat at Ajenjo Latitude which is walking distance and has the most amazing upscale food for a great price!
