The resort is across the street from the music festival (The Empire Polo Club), close to Palm Springs, the zoo, airports, markets, casinos, shopping, and more!

This villa has it all! Baby and child friendly, too! Entertainer's yard with NEW pool and spa, plenty of outdoor seating, outdoor bar with gas BBQ grill, and ice chest. New beds, mattresses, linens, & furnishings in all bedrooms. There are no cameras or listening devices inside the property or backyard.

Pets: This is NOT a pet-friendly property. Pets are not allowed. Violation of this policy will result in immediate rental cancellation.

ALL HEATING, whether for pool or spa, requires a heating fee of $85 per day. Heating arrangements must be made and paid for in advance.

GUESTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO TOUCH ANY OF THE POOL EQUIPMENT!
A $300 pool equipment reset fee will apply.

**At times, there may be high wind and sand storms. These types of natural occurrences are beyond our control. If you would like additional pool cleaning during your stay, we will try our best to accommodate you. An additional fee will apply.

**During warmer months, the pool will naturally reach a higher temperature due to weather elements. This is also beyond our control.

RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT. You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury to yourself or your guests while on the property during your stay. You also understand and agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for any accidents or incidents during your stay and while on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.

It is also agreed that we will not be held responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

Any damage to the home, furnishings or property, including odors of cigarette smoke, and evidence of unauthorized pets will be assessed and the renter will be held liable and responsible for the damages.
