We absolutely love Florida, family, and beach life. We wanted to extend this love for people who can't yet live in Florida, but still want to come with their families, swim, surf, fish, boat and make wonderful life-time memories. We hope we give you the opportunity to feel at home in our beach house, equipped to host your family and friends and to make amazing memories. Whether it be teaching your child how to swim, or catching that big fish that you have only dreamt about. We are glad you chose our home.
Why they chose this property
The proximity of the ocean is the charm of this home. It has amazing light, and adorned with happy energy. We have an outstanding chef's kitchen, and the open floor plan invites togetherness. The oversized pool is so refreshing, with salt water and heated by solar panels. We love dogs, so approved dogs are welcomed. The yard is completely fenced in with a playset for the kiddos, and a barbecue for the cooks. We love the neighborhood it is in an established mid century modern oasis. Walking distance to Gleason park which has trails & a small pond. Publix grocery store is right around the corner, also a great pet store, shops, banks and restaurants.

We love this property because we live down the street, and can personalize your stay with specific regional recommendations, whether it be surfing lessons, restaurant choices, or weekend suggestions. We are basically available to be your concierge.
