Seek a uniquely non smoking home experience during your travels at this house. Featuring a private rooms are available to guests. The culture of the surrounding neighborhood of North Coventry, is reflected in the vibrant sights, sounds and flavor of our Georgian style architecture which features nice brick walls, large patio, large windows, and a sense of the 18th century beauty. THE SPACE

No smoking inside or under the porch, no party, and pets are allowed. This beautiful private room is built to impress, with multiple large window's and a clear view of the tree line from large side and back yards. This room come with, private entrance with additional side door opens to the side yard, full bathroom, private kitchenette but no stove top, and a small conference area with free Wi-Fi for your convenience.

This home/apartment is perfect for a single person or couple looking for a convenient place to stay in the Pottstown area. Comfortable bed, a cute kitchen area with fridge, sink and microwave, and a nice shower and barhroom. I was visiting my daughter in Royersford and it was a quick and easy drive. I would return each night after dark and the side street parking was a bit scary for me as a woman traveling by myself. Have a flashlight ready to guide you to your porch, which thankfully has plenty of light once you get there.

Convenient, clean and cozy

The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay with a comfortable bed, kitchenette area and bathroom. The owner did a wonderful job decorating as well to further enhance the experience. It was an excellent alternative to a hotel room at 1/2 the price.

Lots of potential!

Stayed for 1 week over the holidays. Met our needs as we were not in the room to more than sleep. Bed was very comfortable. Also the owner was very receptive and responsive. to our needs and made herself available. Overall a good place to lay your head when in town. We purchased additional pillows as 2 were not sufficient for both of us. Dishes and refrig needed to be wiped down due to being covered in a white film which I will assume is disinfectant. Other than that, the place was clean. Just needs more lighting and a coat of paint. Important to note that the location is near a busy highway so the hum of traffic will always be present.
