This cozy and comfortable house is 5 minutes to the marina, and downtown.
Also a quick 7 minutes from the beach and Navy Seals Museum. It does not get any better than that as far as location. Inside is fully equipped home with everything you need to feel at home. Beautiful King bed in Master and very Comfortable Queen mattress that would make you fall asleep in minutes. Each bedroom has USB chargers in every lamp, kitchen is fully accommodating for long stays, and coffee machine & Keurig for you coffee lovers. No matter if it's a friends' trip or a family vacation, this house will leave you wanting more! We could not skip the important detail that this property is in the historical district of Fort Pierce and deemed a Historical Monument! Not only an amazing way to spend your time away from home but you will be staying at an actual monumental home that is almost 100 years old. We cannot wait to host your next trip!

Home was amazing! The cold water valve on the bath tub stopped working while we were there and the moment we noticed it (late at night) and told them they had someone scheduled for the next morning and they compensated us for the inconvenience. Close to downtown and all amenities! I will be staying here again!

We stayed for 6 weeks!!!! We loved the cottage! It is well equipped and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable! The hosts were very welcoming and responsive any time we needed anything. The neighborhood is in transition and will be absolutely gorgeous in a few years. We felt very safe! Great location, close to the marina and Farmer's Market!

Nice house close to everything

We enjoyed our stay in this cute, very clean house! Short drive to groceries, Navy Seal Museum, marinas, botanical garden and many fun resturaunts and tiki bars. Enjoyed coffee in the screened in porch. Everything we needed for a week visiting the area.

Treasure hidden in plain sight

Totally unfamiliar with the neighborhood, I chose this location as it was close to the sports venue at which I was competing; a place to hang my hat while sleeping. What a hidden little treasure it turned out to be!!! Walking distance to quaint shops and restaurants with superb fare, and to beach, boats, rocky serene views, it was also comfortable, cared for, clean, and the bed afforded me good, restive comfort. It managed to turn my sports competition into a vacation.

Nice House, Location a Concern

We cannot say enough about the hosts. They were pleasant to deal with and quick to respond. The cottage was clean and is in good condition. The location however is in an area undergoing renewal. There are boarded up properties nearby. There is a lot of both vehicle and pedestrian traffic passing by. Personal safety became an issue to the point that we set the alarm at night. On the weekends extremely loud music, squealing tires, and police actions took place right on the street outside. Located on Avenue D, the lettered streets of Fort Pierce are known as a high crime area. A local merchant advised us not to be out at night. In the end, we were not victimized, but did not feel safe during our stay. We wish the cottage was in another location!

This property was stunning, the location was perfect, there were no other properties like this one in the street, beautiful historical area of Fort Pierce and an actual historical monument protected by the city of Fort Pierce! This house is almost 100 years old and being able to own a little piece of history an share it with the world was a dream come true.

Location, location, location! There is no other property like this one in the are, single standing house, no neighbors in either side of the house, when you stay here you will feel like you own the street! Security cameras in the front and back, security sensors on every door and window, smart lock, and simply gorgeous house.
