Plaza Mercado #20 welcomes you! This is a luxury property a few steps from the Beach that is colorful, warm, and elegant, located within the Las Catalinas Development!



The Space:

This Las Catalinas tropical home offers a spacious common area in which the kitchen, dining, and sitting rooms are integrated to make it easy for a couple or family to spend time together. This is a large and spacious condo with over 2,123 Square Feet a few steps from the Beach! The stylish master suite features a king bed and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom has a King size bed, while the other has two full-size beds and two twin-size beds, in the form of bunk beds. This property sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



This property has been professionally decorated and features upgraded mattresses, linens, and a fully stocked kitchen that features upgraded wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances.



Connected to the living area, there is an ocean-view terrace with a small private dipping pool. We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, soaps, and shampoo. The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided.



Las Catalinas Beach Club, Daily Pass Options:



Beach Club Adult Pass: $30 USD + 13% VAT, with $15 redeemable in consumables. Access subject to availability.



Beach Club Child Pass (8 to 12 years): $15 USD + 13% VAT, with $10 redeemable in consumables. Children under 8 enjoy free entry with limited access. Access subject to availability.



Swim & Gym Pass: $20 USD + 13% VAT for access between 7 am and 10 am only. Perfect for early birds! Hours may vary, and access is limited and subject to availability.

Beautiful condo in car-free area near beach

We ended up in a different condo since our original condo had bats - we were notified 3 days before we were supposed to fly to Costa Rica - the management company worked with us to find a comparable place - we spent almost two days finally deciding on another place - which was much bigger than we had wanted - it was gorgeous - even though we got a 20 percent discount, it cost us 2,000 more

Secluded Beach Condo

Pictures do not do this place justice, it's super modern and beautifully decorated. The little town is super secluded and have spas restaurants and shops that you can walk to, they have a market that has a little bit of everything and is super high end. The wake spa services are amazing and the staff in all the restaurants are great. If you're looking for a local vibe, this may not be your place.you have to drive to the little town of Potrero to get that, but if you are looking to relax, walk to the beach and stay in your little bubble it's perfect! The staff is available to arrange tours, spa appointments and just about anything you need. You can rent a car and drive here, if you do take the long route unless you are feeling adventurous, Donkey pass is a drive I'll never forget! Thank you!

Beautiful condo close to Danta beach and restaurants.

Excellent place to stay with the family. Steps from several great restaurants and Danta beach. Front of the village is undergoing Phase 2 construction but you don’t see or hear that where the condo is. You will notice it if you drive in and out of the parking area. Nikki our Consierge was amazing. She was able to get us tickets right away for attractions near by. Great service by her and her team. The restaurant staff was very friendly. Will definitely come back in the future.

The concierge and service were top notch. Location is perfect. Beach, food, hikes, store, restaurants and bars. We took advantage of the Beach Club and gym daily. We would definitely stay at this property again.

So close to all the restaurants and the beach. The only issue is that the beach club closed the pool that the kids could swim in and wouldn’t let them swim in the adult pool. But the condo itself was winderful’

Our stay in Las Catalinas, Costa Rica, was nothing short of spectacular! As a family of six, we found the accommodations to be pristine, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The home was impeccably maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the stunning beach and the charming town restaurants and shops at our fingertips. Las Catalinas is a gem, offering a unique blend of natural beauty, a small-town feel, vibrant local culture, and an array of activities suitable for all ages. We spent our days exploring the scenic trails, hiking and mountain biking, enjoying water sports—surfing and boogie boarding—lazy days and amazing cocktails at the Beach Club pool, and dining at the fantastic local restaurants. The Blue Zone concierge service was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They handled everything from our grocery shopping to arranging transportation and excursions. They even connected us with a local photographer for a family photo session and recommended and booked reservations for the best spots to eat and visit. Their assistance and attention to detail made our vacation seamless and stress-free. We highly recommend this gorgeous home and concierge service to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, hassle-free escape in Costa Rica. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful

We had a lovely stay in Las Catalinas. The location was great near restaurants and the beach with a short walk to the market. The flat is simply decorated with great light, very clean, and stocked with everything you need. Lots of towels was a great perk. The views are beautiful from the balcony and the plunge pool was refreshing after hiking or swimming in the ocean. Above all was Diego, concierge extraordinaire, who was always responsive to any question or request. He arranged transfers, tours, and dinners and welcomed us in person upon our arrival. Our only mistake was not stocking the fridge in advance which is a service they offer. There are also many steps without railings throughout the town so consider the mobility of your party. We hope to come back again.

Wonderful spot!

We stayed at his beautiful, bright, clean condo for 5 nights with our three kids (ages 6 - 11). We had a fantastic time; location is ideal with just steps to the beach, easy access to delicious restaurants, and a short walk to the hotel pool. Views from the large wrap around porch were spectacular, and our kids loved having access to the plunge pool in the shade of the porch if we needed a break from the sun. The property manager was very communicative and easy to reach. We also easily accessed our car through the valet when needed. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely return!

Most relaxing vacation ever

This was our first visit to Costa Rica and, while we enjoyed a number of excursions (expertly coordinated by the property manager), we could have easily just stayed in this beautiful home, reading on the porch, listening to the ocean. The Las Catalinas area is delightful and very family friendly with great restaurants, convenient beach access, and easy walkability. Along with a number of thoughtful amenities, the home came with beach chairs and towels which was a nice perk. We loved our visit and look forward to coming back soon!
