Chic Modern Retreat 5bed/3bath House w/private outdoor pool

Come experience a chic modern designed home that's perfect for any family reunion or friend's getaway. The 35x16 foot swimming pool in the backyard welcomes the experienced swimmer or those just looking to relax outside to read or conduct a meeting. The home is located in East Charlotte, just 10-15 minutes from center city, all sporting/concert arenas and the best restaurants and shops in the city. Guests can enjoy a nice walk to a beautiful park that has a huge playground for kids, tennis courts, two baseball fields and a basketball court. CLT airport is a 25 minute drive away.

This 1970's home was recently renovated in 2021 to express a clean, chic and modern look that is inviting and accommodating for various guests needs. The backyard has ample space to splash around, entertain and dine with your loved ones during the summer and early fall months. During the cooler seasons it's the perfect location to enjoy s'mores around two wood burning fire pits.

Charlotte Visit

Group of old friends got together to enjoy a weekend together. The house was comfortable, clean, and inviting. Pool was fantastic for the hot summer evenings. Beds were comfortable as well. Would definitely stay again should we visit Charlotte again!

Great spot for a reunion

The vibe of this house is awesome!! We were there for a college girls reunion. The pool was great, lots of common area space, awesome fire pit, and so much else. Location wise it was close to an ABC store, grocery stores, and a quick Uber out to bars. It was great for our big event!

Perfect Girls' Weekend House

Toni's house was even better in person than the pictures! It was a perfect house for a group of friends to sit by the pool, lounge in the house, and take walks in the near-by park. The house had all the needed staples for cooking for the group and plenty of room to hang out. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Toni's house again in the future.

The property owner was very kind in making sure we had everything we needed. You do have to take the trash out and such which isn’t bad but I would recommend leaving a vacuum cleaner for guests to clean from coming in from the pool in case there’s debris to avoid any charges. Plenty of room for everyone, cute snack baskets. I would definitely stay here again

Almost there

This house is almost there but needs some work. The pictures did not show the full picture. There are many things that are just not finished well. Additional the back yard and pool are missing the mark. The fence is falling down at parts, the shed looks like it is caving in and one of the ladders in the pool has rusted and broken.

Nightmare

The property absolutely should not have been rented !! Unfinished construction and landscaping everywhere. Old fence and shed literally falling into state of ruin. Exposed metal edging all around and rotted wood walkways. Absolute neglect and safety issues everywhere. Pool filthy with insects and leaves. I have never seen anything like this. If one of my grandkids had been injured , I’d be doing more than writing a review. Stayed one nite only because it was nearly mid nite when we arrived. After viewing the horrible reality next morning……..we promptly departed.

I like it But the house was under construction and the backyard need a little clean up on and the fence have to be change the pool was clean the house was clean also I really like it and my family love it too plus give u A+ because they have a little crap for my kid
