About this property

Tropical Quirky Oasis in Historic Old Florida Style Home

Beautifully set in the best neighborhood in sailboat bend, this is my home that we have spent lots of time taking care off and upgrading. It has everything you need.
Tropical Oasis with master bed downstairs and attached bath. There's another bedroom downstairs. Washer and Dryer are also downstairs past the spiral staircase, which leads to a huge upstairs that has the living room and vaulted ceilings. We have hammocks hanging from the rafters. there's a bed with attached bath upstairs and a kitchen with bar top dining area around the stove. The balcony and yard are amazing.

Do not book at any cost!

I noticed I didn't have any check in info the day I was supposed to check in, so I messaged the owner through VRBO & didnt get an answer. As check in got closer, I messaged VRBO & they gave me his number so I called. He got an attitude with me, told me I wasn't staying at his house that night & then hung up on me. When I called him back, he ignored my call with a "I can't talk right now" text & never answered again. Thankfully VRBO was able to step in & find a place to stay & that was the only pleasant experience about the entire stay. The host was awful, I do not know about the property itself because I was not able to check in to see the property, but if I were you I wouldn't book! Literally stay anywhere else.
