Lovely stay

A spotless clean home in a quiet neighborhood. Very warm and comfortable. We do our own cooking and my husband was very pleased with the kitchen setup.

Sweet home

We loved staying in the Berg House. Truly enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning and admiring the pretty flowers and the antics of the squirrels, rabbits, and birds. We felt right at home, very comfortable.

Great home, close to Mayo

This is a nicely renovated home with all new finishes and well supplied kitchen. It also has great outdoor spaces (front porch, rear deck, rear yard) to sit and enjoy the weather when it is nice out.

Very Nice Rental

This property was thoughtfully and meticulously remodeled, as well as very clean. It had everything we needed for a peaceful post-Mayo recovery time. The hosts were both kind and responsive. Very nice rental.

Beautiful home with every comfort

My wife and I stayed here for a week and the house is even better than the pics. Newly renovated, with a classic charm. It’s so nicely furnished, so well designed and perfectly comfortable. Bathrooms are gorgeous, the kitchen is up to date and the house is stocked with great towels, dishes, pots/pans, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent (hypoallergenic!). We worked remotely and the wifi is awesome: easy to connect, no issues with zoom meetings. We loved the little library at the top of the stairs and roof deck - we loved the whole house! Close to everything, quiet neighborhood and an oasis of calm and comfort. Can’t thank the DeCooks enough for creating this haven.

Immaculate

Wonderful little home that appears recently renovated. Extremely clean and well maintained with all new appliances. Single bedroom and small bath on first floor, and two bedrooms sharing a nice bathroom on the second floor. Basement has washer/dryer and clothes rack. First floor has a nice dining room adjacent to a kitchen with new appliances. Living room with small adjacent tv room as well. Wonderful front porch for sitting. PROS: Spotless and well maintained. CONS: No real cons. Maybe need some blankets, sharper knives, local tv channels. Silly stuff like that. Only real concern is the house next door is in very bad shape and either needs major renovations or needs to be torn down. I could see someone worrying about perceived safety. That being said, we would not hesitate to recommend this property or stay there again. Very easy and quick access to Mayo.

Quaint, modern, home.

This is a beautifully restored home in a lovely neighborhood. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch in the mornings and wine on the back deck in the evenings. Everything was perfect and we will definitely stay in this Vrbo again. Rochester is a charming city. Much thanks to the property owners for excellent communication and making the whole renting process a pleasure.

Cutest Home in the Area!

We had the best stay at the Cook’s home in Rochester. The amenities go above and beyond to make it feel like home. We spent many hours enjoying the porches and the beautiful weather :)
