I love living on the beautiful Central Coast of California. This became a dream of ours when my husband and I were living in Utah and within 3 years we made it happen. Now 18 years later we still love it and have really enjoyed the small town community feel we have here.

I really enjoy going to the beach with my kids and friends, hiking in the Orcutt hills and all over the area, paddle boarding, and having bonfires on the beach. My hope is that I can help you experience these things while you're here as well.

Why they chose this property

This house is so beautiful! All the way down to the finishing touches, it was done with such care. Enjoy the privacy of your own fenced in patio and space. The house boasts a full kitchen, living and dining room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Each bed (including sofa sleeper) has memory foam mattresses for extra comfort. All linens are provided and kitchen is well stocked.

Brand New!! This house was just built so everything is nice and ready for your stay here. We're located in a quiet family neighborhood where you can feel safe and enjoy your privacy. The fences around the house are tall so there's no need to worry about neighbors.
