  • Wonderful family vacation home

"We had a fantastic trip with our four young children (ages 2, 4, 7, and 9) and this house was perfect for us. The location was amazing and we loved looking out the window in the morning and seeing the dolphins swimming by and we even saw a whale on our last morning. The house had everything we needed and more. We didn't need to use them but it was really nice that they had a whole stash of shampoo, soap, toothpaste, etc. in case anything was forgotten. It is the small touches like that that make this a perfect vacation home."

  • Second visit!

"We enjoyed another visit to our favorite house in Morro Bay. Comfortably slept 8 adults with plenty of room for relaxing. Two dining areas each seating 8 and a kitchen for several cooks. Views of Morro Rock and the ocean were amazing. Looking forward to our visit next year!"

  • Great little house

"We really enjoyed our stay in Lusita. The house bedrooms are not huge, but the living spaces are. The deck is lovely for watching the world go by in Morro Bay. The location is excellent."

  • Great Getaway!

"Our family of five plus 2 dogs had a fabulous stay at the Gull Cottage! The decor was beachy and cozy! We all had our own space, and enjoyed the common areas in comfort. The location in Morro Bay is perfect for whatever activities you plan in the area! We were close to the dog beach, went kayaking, took a day trip to Paso Robles for wine tasting, visited Hearst Castle, the sea elephants, and Cambria. The fire pit allowed us to "camp" out a bit in the evening, and the yard was perfect for the dogs to have some fresh air! We would definitely stay again. Be aware that it is not "on the beach". You have to walk and cross the highway, or drive, but this wasn't an issue for us. Parking near the sand is easy, and free! :)"
