  • Wonderful home for a family reunion

"Our multi-generational family of 9 enjoyed this home for 4 days and 5 nights. We especially enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the boogie boards in the garage were a hit along with the ping pong table. The evenings were cold so not much time was spent on the roof deck but would be great in warm weather The kitchen was well equipped, but it would have been a plus to have a crock pot. All in all a great vacation"

  • Nice house!

"We stayed here for the CalPoly Family weekend, and it was really nice, especially the views! The kitchen had everything we needed, as with the bed rooms. Some of our family members couldn't make it at the last minute, so we had a small group of 4 the first night night, and 3 the other nights, so it was more room than we needed. But it was perfect, since everyone had their own room. Our only complaint was that it was very hot Thursday night, being that we were in a heat wave and there is no air conditioning in the house. But we understanding this is pretty much the norm for properties near the beach. Also, a couple of the mini blinds didn't seem to be working, but it wasn't a big deal. Over all, we had a good stay and would stay here again."

  • Perfect beach front property

"We have spent more than 15 years vacationing annually in Morro Bay and have had our eye on this beautiful cottage by the sea for quite some time. Situated on a cul de sac approximately 20 steps to the sand. The front porch was the perfect spot to watch the kids play on the beach and watch dolphins swimming in the ocean. We were pleasantly surprised that the little beach house was not so little. The three bedrooms were very spacious as were the two bathrooms. The living room and kitchen were cozy and perfect size for our family of five. The layout is perfect if you want to be together or if you want to retreat to one of the bedrooms for some private time. The house was very clean and so beautifully decorated. You can walk out the door and head out for a run, ride your bike, or head out for a swim. You are a 10 min. Drive to Cayucos or. 5 min. Drive to the embarcadero. We were here for a full week and enjoyed every second. We look forward to our next stay"

  • Great way to spend a holiday weekend

"We were 3 couples who drove up from LA and were looking for a pretty beach house where we could relax. Beachcomber's Paradise fit the bill to a tee! We spent many a morning drinking coffee staring at the ocean or taking a walk on the beach in front of the house and many an evening enjoying an adult beverage in front of the fire pit. The house is well appointed and we were never lacking for anything. We loved all the beach 'kitsch' that decorated the house and gave it that fun, vacation feel. The owners left us great instructions on the place and area insights that we took advantage of (Hearst Castle, Taco Temple, downtown restaurants, etc). Thanks Fred and Candi for your hospitality!"
