  • Beautiful Home for a Wonderful Family Gathering

"We gathered at this lovely home with 12 of our family in attendance. There was one baby, two 10 year old and and 9 adults. The home fit us perfectly and we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable or lovely place to stay. Denise is a marvelous owner who cares about her guests and wants to make sure all goes smoothly. She greeted us after we arrived, which was a good thing, so she could explain the heating, where equipment is stored and walked us through the huge kitchen. Make sure you have Denise do this as the kitchen is fully equipped but you need to know where everything is located. We loved the view and the quiet neighborhood. It is a wonderful place to walk but you need to walk up and down hills. The kitchen was the meeting place in the morning and we all enjoyed sharing cooking details. We were able to all sit around the dining room table which was great for our Thanksgiving dinner. The pool table was a hit with our family and there were plenty of games if needed. There is enough equipment for many little ones and we did appreciate having things available for our 6 month old great granddaughter so things did not have to be transported. We are very familiar with this area as we have three Cal Poly grads in our family. So we hit our favorites; the hike up Black Mountain, night tour of Hearst Castle, walking around Morro Bay, downtown SLO, the pier and the downtown walking area in Avala Beach, animals at the farm on the campus of Cal Poly, and the Morro Bay State Park Museum. There is much, much more!! Don't miss Cambria, Pismo Beach, and Montana de Oro. We will try to come again soon. Thanks Denise."

  • Nice house!

"We stayed here for the CalPoly Family weekend, and it was really nice, especially the views! The kitchen had everything we needed, as with the bed rooms. Some of our family members couldn't make it at the last minute, so we had a small group of 4 the first night night, and 3 the other nights, so it was more room than we needed. But it was perfect, since everyone had their own room. Our only complaint was that it was very hot Thursday night, being that we were in a heat wave and there is no air conditioning in the house. But we understanding this is pretty much the norm for properties near the beach. Also, a couple of the mini blinds didn't seem to be working, but it wasn't a big deal. Over all, we had a good stay and would stay here again."

  • Great time!

"We stayed 4 nights at 810 Luisita in Morro Bay. Very nice house, well kept and clean. We saved lots of money by cooking our own meals in the well equipped kitchen. The living room/dining room area is large with a nice big screen tv. Nice view of the bay from the deck. This was a perfect "base camp" for our adventures in and around Morro Bay, hiking, exploring the beaches, watching the wildlife and kayaking. I would definately recommend this house and Rock Star Properties!!"

  • Wonderful, well equipped luxury beach house. Family of 5 plus dog celebrated holiday in style.

"From the ample sized bedrooms with great beds to the chef's kitchen and elegant entertainment spaces, all rated this property very highly. We are hoping to return next year to take even more advantage of the hot tub, fire pit and gas grill. Outside space + inside style = VRBO at its best. Owner very responsive and arrangements professionally handled. A great location for exploring the Central Coast. Our dog loved the beaches as much as we did. Great restaurants, groceries and specialty food stores close by. Short drive to Hearst Castle and Paso Robles vineyards. Can't wait to return!"
