  • A little gem 1 block off the Embarcadero

"We rented this condo through Milton Perez of the Morro Bay Realty and he was wonderful to deal with. We were very impressed with the condo and its furnishings. It was lovely to sit back and relax knowing the bay was 2 minutes walk away. I highly recommend this property and if we are fortunate unough to come to Morro Bay again, I would want to stay here."

  • Great Location!

"My wife, her sister, and I (and our little dog) spent 4 nights at "The Palms" and found it very nice and well equipped. There was some traffic noise from Hwy 1, but not really a bother for us. The beach is very close and quite beautiful. The dog beach is little hike, but a short drive to a parking lot provides trail access to the beach. The small back yard area was well-fenced for our dog. The spa was very nice. Lisa lives near by, and she was very helpful when we had questions. Overall, we had a great time."

  • Perfect Beach House

"The pictures in the posting do not go the view justice, comfy place with amazing views. This house was perfect for our 2 couples and would have been comfortable with a 3rd. Very well stocked kitchen, plenty of everything we needed for cooking and serving. Nice patio and great to have fire pit in the back yard. I would come back to this place again and again..."

  • Great way to spend a holiday weekend

"We were 3 couples who drove up from LA and were looking for a pretty beach house where we could relax. Beachcomber's Paradise fit the bill to a tee! We spent many a morning drinking coffee staring at the ocean or taking a walk on the beach in front of the house and many an evening enjoying an adult beverage in front of the fire pit. The house is well appointed and we were never lacking for anything. We loved all the beach 'kitsch' that decorated the house and gave it that fun, vacation feel. The owners left us great instructions on the place and area insights that we took advantage of (Hearst Castle, Taco Temple, downtown restaurants, etc). Thanks Fred and Candi for your hospitality!"
