Why they chose this property

Enghien est une des villes d’eau créés à l’époque de Napoleon III, lors de l’arrivée du chemin de fer.
Avec ses eaux sulfureuses qui ont permis l’ouverture d’un établissement de curés thermales (articulations et nez), son lac et son casino (le seul de la région parisienne), la ville d’Enghien est une petite ville privilégiée très agréable!

What makes this property unique

La maison, située en plein centre de la ville et donc à quelques mètres de tous les commerces est face au parc de Villesant et possède un petit jardin très vert. Elle partait presque à la campagne.
Elle est à 5 minutes à pieds de la gare et, de là à 15 minutes de la Gare du Nord à Paris.
La maison est particulièrement agréable
