Get away from the hustle and bustle of your busy life. Only 2 hours away from NYC! Enjoy peace and quiet on 8 acres of wooded property. Gather around the fire outside or enjoy the warmth of the fireplace inside (we provide the wood). The grill is on the deck, so you can showcase your cooking skills to friends and family. Our WiFi will help you stay connected. Hiking, fishing, bird watching, boating, and zip lining are minutes away. Skiing is nearby. The pool is open from June till September.

We appreciated that the house was immaculately clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and beds were comfortable. We didn't use the pool-- it was October, so covered. As a bonus, deer and wild turkey came through the yard. We would happily stay here again as it was right down the road from family we were visiting.

It was difficult to cook in the kitchen due to lack of working utensils. I needed a can opener and yes there were several, but they were all rusted and wouldn't open anything. I think directions on how to use the tv would have been helpful. It would have been nice to have been able to use a washing machine especially since we had traveled from South Carolina. We also had our infant grandson with us and having a washer would have been helpful.

Great house!

House is great!!! Very very clean and fresh, with lots of outdoor amenities that you don't realize from the listing- Huge covered front porch, tons of grassy area to play ball on, fire pit with a whole shed of wood, covered gazebo so we could sit outside even in the rain, and of course the stunning, very well maintained pool!! I would definitely recommend this house! On a practical note- please note that there is no ac, washer/dryer or pool towels and plan accordingly. Owner answered all inquiries very quickly and was pleasant to deal with. We can't wait to visit again next year!

Great Neat Place with great interiors

This is a great near and clean place with WOW interiors. The beds are comfy, the hot water took a few mins to start running, but once it did - ther is no complain.
