Condo is complete with gas fireplace, propane BBQ Grill, dishes, linens, WiFi, Roku TV, portable A/C, and heat. Beautiful setting with quiet forest-views, and gentle-babbling Sand Creek. Master bedroom has 1 queen-bed, second room has twin bunk-beds, 1 rollaway and there is ample room on the couches.

Our family has vacationed in Sandpoint for more than 15 years and finally moved here full-time in 2019. We love the atmosphere of the area, the close access to skiing, fishing, hiking, swimming, boating and good eating! We purchased the Mountainbrook condo in 2021 in hopes of providing a place for friends, family, and vacationers to enjoy and get acquainted with Sandpoint just as we have over the years.

Why they chose this property

The location of our Mountainbrook condo is perfect! It sits essentially 1/2 way between Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort and downtown Sandpoint. In the winter, our guests can be snow-skiing within 20 minutes of leaving the condo and in the summertime, they can be swimming in Lake Pend Oreille's City Beach or enjoying terrific dining/drinking downtown within 15 minutes.

What makes this property unique

There are so many things to do within minutes of Mountainbrook: snow-skiing, water-skiing, fishing, hunting, mountain-biking, hiking, eating, drinking, or just relaxing!
