The Boutique Compound BLDG is the perfect place to enjoy family or friends' vacations. With two apartments on the first floor and three on the second floor, there is plenty of room for everyone! Each one has a fully equipped kitchen, a inviting living room, comfortable bedrooms, and clean bathrooms.
Located in the heart of Wynwood, you'll be a few minutes away from great city attractions: Wynwood Walls, Miami beach, Shops at Midtown Miami, Bayside Market, art galleries, restaurants, and more!

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR ANY PARTIES AT THE PROPERTY.
