This ground level three (3) bedroom condo with a shoreline view is waiting for you! No Elevators, no waiting! The best part of a ground floor unit, is that you are right around the corner from the 2 pools here at Regency Towers and the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy a private covered patio accessible from the living room and the master bedroom. Take a short walk to one (1) of two (2) pools, the hot tub, or the beach. One of the pools is even heated year round. Decorated in bright colors, you will find the relaxation and vacation vibes you seek. For your convenience there is a large kitchen for meal preparation should you decide to eat in and new living room furniture, to enjoy a night in! A dining table is ready and waiting to accommodate four people and three others can relax at the eat in bar, right off the kitchen! This unit sleeps 8 people. The first bedroom has a full size bed, the second room has 2 full size beds and the large master has a king bed.
