This condo is also near lots of local attractions and activities including the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf State Park Pier, an amusement park, golfing, and dining.

Perfect for a condo right on the beach. My husband and I don’t stay in the condo much when we are beaching because we like to soak up all the time we have and we have really enjoyed staying here.

Beautiful view

The view from the balcony was beautiful! You can see the Gulf State Park Pier and the walk isn't too far either. It's a peaceful section of the beach.

GREAT GETAWAY

We have booked a condo at Royal Palms twice and love it. If you need to get away and have quiet time, this is a great place to be. Next to the state park but close enough to everything you would need on vacation. This will be our choice when booking our next vacaction.

Beautiful views right on the beach

Good location right on the beach and beautiful views from the balcony. It’s located at a quiet end of Gulf Shores so just over .7 mile walk to the HangOut Bar/downtown area. Owner is very responsive to questions. Unit could use a little refreshing but for the price point it’s what I expected.

Location,Location, Location

The Location of this condo to me is perfect. Last condo before state park. It is older. With older you get some older but with Location being less crowded I’ll take the trade off every time. We did have a couple of hiccups with entry codes that were handled right away. It was a great mostly quiet week.

Compact, but a great fit for us!

The location was phenomenal being near open space, the pier and State Park but a nice walk to the center of Gulf Shores action. We did daily bike trips to the park for fun rides and enjoyed the ease of getting anywhere in town we needed to be by car in just a few minutes. There was a great mix of quiet and family fun at the beach to accommodate peaceful walks and plenty of people watching. The condo kitchen was well-equipped and had a K-cup and "regular" coffee maker. There were only 2 chairs at the table on the balcony, so a little limiting if there is a larger group staying in the condo. Having 2 very clean and ample bathrooms was a plus even for a couple! In all, very cute condo with all the necessities! Enjoy your peaceful stay!!!
