About Charlie Lovelace

I grew up over in Fairhope in the late 50s and now live 30 miles north of Atlanta. Went to school in Birmingham and now own a company selling German & English manufactured filtration and pumping systems worldwide.

My daughter, Candace works with us and she also does all the bookkeeping for the condos.

Why Charlie Lovelace chose Gulf Shores

I bought both Royal Palms condo units 308 & 608 mainly because of the location. We have the best beach privacy in all of Gulf Shores. Just look on the map. The Gulf State Park beach right next door is a great draw for us. Most all guest take the half mile walk to the pier at night just to have the beach to themselves.

Vacation 2017

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was nice and very clean.

Can't say enough about the beautiful view from the balcony. Every time you looked it was another beautiful picture! From sunrise to sunset. Of course in between sunrise and sunset, we enjoyed many of the activities of Gulf Shores that are nearby and convenient to get to. Hope to go back soon!!

Beautiful & Clean - Nicest Rental in Years!

This condo is beautiful and in excellent condition! It is the nicest one we’ve ever stayed in in the Gulf Area. The owner took great care when renovating it. The tile floors are beautiful, master bedroom huge & comfortable. Both baths and kitchen are so clean. Every time we looked for something – it was there (bedding for the sofa and even coffee filters-which I forgot!) It was perfect for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens). I hope to get the opportunity to stay here again some day. Plenty to do in Gulf Shores! Extra bonus - it truly is RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The owner is very friendly and accommodating, too!

Great Condo and Great Folks to rent from. We had a great time-everything so nice.

The first thing that you will notice is how clean and how nice everything is kept in the condo. You have so many building amenities-indoor pool, hot tub, outdoor pool, exercise room, sauna, shaded parking, gorgeous beach, impeccable view, right next to State Park that has a great campgrounds area including places to picnic and grill. It even has a zip line event if you like that. You are seconds away from everything-shopping, eating. Minutes from a great water park, putt-putt, go-karts, it goes on. Right next to the condo is a pier extending 1500+ feet into the ocean for fishing or beautiful night walks. I took four kids and we had a blast. You have your own private beach and so it is always easy to get one of the umbrella and lounge chairs already on the beach. Inside the actual condo is great with complete furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. The corner balcony provides the best in views. Beach is stocked with crabs to hunt for at night and signs out instructing sharks not to bite! The owner and his sweetheart of a daughter are so great to work with and go the extra mile for you. We will be back if they'll have us!
