Résidence très agréable appartement bien placé mais vetuste.... Aurait besoin d'un grand coup de jeune !!!! Fauteuil déchiré, fauteuils de bar également, douche 75 cm sur 75 très petite, 2 oreillers pas en très bon état ... Tout petit rangement dans la chambre, avec par-dessus d'énormes sacs poubelle noir qui servent de rangement au propriétaire !!! Pas très agréable lorsque l'on est couché..... Un peu juste en vaisselle style saladier, .... Nous avons néanmoins passé un très bon séjour à la résidence Beauregard.. attention l'arrivée de nuit est un peu compliquée aucune indication sur les numéros d'immeuble à part lorsque l'on arrive dessus...
