Amenities include full size kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, dining table, washer dryer, 65" smart TV and private internet. First bedroom has a king size bed, Second bedroom has a queen bed. Bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Screened in porch area . Located near parks with hiking and biking trails. The Wekiva and St Johns rivers are close by for boating and kayaking. Located between Historical districts for both Sanford and Mt Dora for shopping and dining. Owners are close by for any assistance needed during your stay. This is a Dog Friendly property only. No cats birds or other animals allowed.
