This was a great place to stay! Free shuttles to all Universal parks, although you could walk the mile to CityWalk in about 25 minutes (and we did it several times as the shuttle only runs 4 times each way). Great breakfast, helpful front desk, free parking and bag storage if you arrive prior to checkin. The rooms are fine: nothing fancy but absolutely nothing lacking. Several restaurants are just across the parking lot. Highly recommend!
Along the walk to CityWalk, which includes a very nice elevated walkway over Kirkland Road.

The Hotel Fairfield Inn & Suites Orlando, apparently bumped us for Platinum members. We called to verify reservation the day before and all was good. We arrived the next day around 8pm . We and another family were both bumped from our reservations.It was very upsetting to say the least.They were able to find another hotel with vacancy for our family as well as the other family. Disturbing all the same.

This is a hotel- Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Pictures and communication were very deceiving. Acted as if everything was handled by another company but it was actually just the hotel. Not sure how a hotel got put in VRBO.
