Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath condo with water access, pool, and play ground area. Only a couple blocks to family entertainment, grocery and specialty shops. Three beautiful fountains on premises, makes a great morning walk to check them out! Enjoy kayaking and fishing near by. This is a second floor unit, 8 steps then sizable landing then 9 more steps to unit. Close to Fort Myers beach and so much more!

Beautiful Florida

My family really enjoyed our stay. The area was so close to everything, shopping, the beach and grocery stores. Michelle was very kind and helpful during our entire vacation. I just love Florida in December.

Great vacation

Very clean condo, comfortable beds. Second floor, short walk to pool. Condo is in a great spot in Cape Coral, close to everything. Lots of great restaurant options, close to Sanibel Island, Bokeilla and Fort Myers Beach.

Nice condo close to beaches and other activities

We really enjoyed the condo. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The pool was also very clean and refreshing. The condo also has a great TV for family movie night. The owner was super nice and VERY responsive to VBRO messaging. She also had great suggestions for things to do in the area. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in the Cape Coral/Ft Myers area.

Family stay

Michelle was a great host. Very friendly and accommodating. Place was clean and organized. Only downfall was the pool was not heated so a little chilly for our young kids but perfect for just laying out as there was nobody there. Pool was still clean and nice.

Great place

We enjoyed our weekend very much! The property was clean and Michelle was a great host. The only thing we were disappointed in was the pool. It said it was a heated pool but wasn’t.
