Come and discover our village, a seaside resort, through this beautiful, bright, and spacious 93 m² apartment (for 4 to 6 people maximum) located in the old town of Banyuls, a quiet and picturesque area close to shops, restaurants, and a 3-minute walk from the main beach. This apartment is on the second floor of a small, well-maintained building with an elevator and parking nearby (or, subject to availability, within the building for an additional fee). It offers optimal comfort for four people. It comprises a bright living room (50 m²) opening onto a 12 m² loggia and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (small appliances, fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, TV in both the kitchen and living room), two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), a shower room with laundry facilities (washing machine), and a separate toilet. Reversible air conditioning is installed in the living room/kitchen. On the loggia, a garden table and 6 chairs. Cleaning is an extra charge (80 euros). Sheets are not provided. Kitchen towels are provided. Location: Port-Vendres and Collioure are a 10-minute drive away. Spain is easily accessible via the coast, and Le Perthus is 40 minutes away. You can walk everywhere: train station and beach are 300m away, shops are 100m away, there's a market every Thursday and Sunday morning near the accommodation, and an aquarium is next to the port. You will discover the heart of Banyuls in all its authenticity: small Catalan shops, traditional dances, painters, sculptors (Maillol Museum), Banyuls wine testing (Cave l'Etoile, Cave des Templiers...), pétanque... You will taste the many traditions: Catalan whip, Picolat meatballs, ouillade (a type of stew), cargolade (a shellfish stew), crema catalana (Catalan crema)... If you want to discover Banyuls, its vineyards and its wonderful coastline, you can stroll along the Côte Vermeille and enjoy the panoramic views and wild coves, the Madeloc Tower, and hikes along the coast or inland. Port-Vendres and Collioure are 10 minutes away by car, Argelès 20 minutes. Spain by the coast: Lansa, Cadaques, Rosas... Le Perthus (approximately 40 mins) and Barcelona 2 hours away.
