Our beautifully appointed studio unit is located on the 4th floor, overlooking the entrance to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park with a partial view of the Gulf. Enjoy the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and coastal charm in one of Naples’ most desirable beachside locations.

Laundry rooms are conveniently located on each floor and are accessible via payment card.

• Lobby and first-floor renovations are nearly complete, with finishing touches wrapping up soon. Any remaining work should cause minimal disruption to your stay.
• Prior to arrival, ALL tenants are required to complete a Tenant Evaluation.
This includes a background check conducted by property management to ensure the safety and security of the community.
There is a $150 non-refundable fee per applicant for this process.

This condo was perfect for us, an easy couple minute walk to a beautiful beach. Nice quiet area out behind the condo for a walk. Checking in was a breeze, friendly atmosphere and neighbors. Superb host.

Perfect Location!

Everything you need for a month or longer retreat at the beach! The unit was very clean and communication with Vince was easy and prompt. I will definitely consider staying again; hopefully longer!

Vanderbilt Beach Get A Way

Great shape for older property and great location. 2 minute walk to the beach. You can watch the sunset from your balcony on 4th floor.Exceptionally clean and well decorated. Nice pool.Vince, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating. Would highly recommend this place.

We were very pleased with the condo. Beautiful sunsets from condo. Very short walk to the ocean. The pool was very nice and warm.We met very nice people in the building. The owner Jana was very helpful and super to deal with. She kept us very informed on everything. Vince and their family were always available. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

I recently had the privilege to stay at this condominium. If you are looking for a view of the gulf, safe and beautiful location for walking, short walk to the beach and a clean condominium than this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed. The owner was very attentive with any questions or concerns. I would not hesitate to rent this condominium again in the future! I enjoyed my stay immensely!

Wir landeten einen Tag vor Hurrikan Milton in Fort Myers und mussten diesem an die Ostküste ausweichen. Wir waren immer in Kontakt mit unserem Gastgeber. Unser Gastgeber hat uns ständig über die Situation in der Unterkunft informiert und wir konnten ein paar Tage später unsere gebuchte Unterkunft beziehen. Unser Gastgeber war sehr bemüht um unser Wohlergehen. Die Unterkunft liegt nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir können unseren Gastgeber nur empfehlen.
