The house has 80 m2 on two floors decorated in traditional Istrian style.
The ground floor has been set aside for rest and has a large living room and kitchen. Living room has a large TV, and seating.
The kitchen has all the elements to prepare food, all for a nice dining room. There is also a bathroom and a toilet on the ground floor.

1 floor of the house consists of two bedrooms. The first room has a double bed and the other has a double bed and an additional bed.
the floor is also another bathroom with toilet.

Schönes Objekt in kleinem Ort

Liebevoll restauriertes Haus mit schönem Pool und Außenanlage , gelegen im Ortskern eines kleinen Dorfes, leider ohne Bäcker oder anderweitigen Einkaufsladen. Schöne Strände in 15- 20 Minuten mit Auto erreichbar, Pula ca. 25 Minuten. Nette Vermieterin.

Sehr schönes Häuschen

Soweit alles in Ordnung. Schöne Einrichtung mit Klima, TV und W-LAN. In der Küche wäre noch ein Toaster Wünschenswert Highlight ist aber Aussenbereich mit dem sehr gepflegten Pool und Grill. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einzig die etwas Abgeschiedene Lage ( weder Bäckerei noch Geschäft im Ort) ist einerseits zwar ruhig, aber man benötigt immer ein Verkehrsmittel. Allerdings sind verschiedene Strände in 10—15 Minuten per Auto zu erreichen. Auch Pula nur etwa 25 Minuten entfernt. Vermieterin war sehr nett, gab Tipps , und stand per sms immer mit Rat zur Verfügung. (Auch kleine Beschädigung an einem WC war kein Problem). Insgesamt auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen,

Tolles Zuhause für entspannte Ferien

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus an einem sehr ruhigen und kleinen Ort. Pool auch sehr sauber gehalten wurde einmal pro Woche professionell gereinigt. Diverse Haushaltsgeräte vorhanden: GS, Waschmaschine,Backofen und Mikrowelle in Top-Zustand. Vermieter haben sich immer wieder nach dem Befinden informiert. Wir hatten sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien würden diese Haus sofort wieder Buchen.

Sauber, alles vorhanden, top!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus in kleinem Ort nahe Pula. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin ist bei Fragen auch immer schnell zu erreichen und freundlich. Wir würden dieses Haus definitiv wieder buchen!
