I stayed a week for my 50th birthday and was very happy with the room, building, and location. The steps are given, if you intend to enjoy Paris on foot. Relative to hotel cost, the view from this room is worth more than the nightly price. I would definitely return to this VRBO. The surrounding area is very nicely kept, with friendly people, great cafés and stores. There is a plaza at the end of the street near the thoroughfare with outdoor market. Also, a vehicle loop nearby for pick up & drop off. Sablonville is tucked away from the busy streets and easily accessible from the main thoroughfare or an easier route at the bottom of the street off Terres. The bed is comfortable and the room contains all the necessary amenities. Facilities are clean and functioning well, only a few steps down the hall. Host was very helpful with transportation of baggage. Merci beaucoup!
