Seahaven - Beautiful Ocean VIews, Walk to Cousin's Beach

Seahaven is a new construction (2020) in the very sought after Park Corner area with sweeping views of the ocean. The beautiful Cousins Shore Beach is an easy two minute drive or scenic 10-15 minute walk away.

The cottage has a beautiful open-concept air conditioned central living area with bedroom/bathroom wings on either side. It has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 2 bathrooms.

You enter Seahaven into the decorative laundry and mud room area with full washer/dryer, lots of great closet space and a sunny nautical window. Continuing straight from this space is the master bedroom and en-suite. The master has a king bed, large window with ocean views, spacious closet and beautiful 3 piece en-suite.

The kitchen is welcoming and bright with custom windows running the entire length of the back wall. There is a 7’ island with barstools, plenty of prep/storage space, stainless appliances and decorative open shelving. The kitchen windows are facing acres of green island fields - a rather serene setting for all to enjoy any time of the day.

The dining area is settled between the kitchen and living room and has a large table that will comfortably seat 8. Guests can enjoy beautiful ocean views from the kitchen and dining areas via the floor to ceiling windows in the living room.

A bright and comfortable living area invites guests with a wall of windows and again - great ocean views. The two sofas and two swivel chairs create a cozy family area gathered around the propane fireplace, flat screen TV and large coffee table - perfect for a friendly games night.

On the west side of the cottage is the second bedroom/bath wing. The front bedroom - also with ocean views - has a queen bed and corner seating area. The second bedroom in this wing sleeps up to 4 in two double beds. A spacious bathroom is situated between both bedrooms and has a full tub/shower and large vanity.

Seahaven is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, wifi, satellite TV, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a propane BBQ, and a picnic table. It is located on Rte. 20 with easy access to all that this popular summer area has to offer!
