Sugar Beach is a gated community, located close to family entertainment spots, nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and golf.

No elevator waits or crowded beaches!
1 b /1 bath ground condo just steps away from the ocean. King bed in the master, with queen-size sofa pull-out.
From your covered patio, enjoy the view of the freshwater pond, or take a short walk to the pool, clubhouse, grill area, tennis courts, and the beach!

You're just a short drive to St. Andrews State Park and several marinas.

Please note: Our HOA requires a separate parking fee of $35 per stay (or per vehicle). This fee is not included in the booking total

We enjoyed the nice clean condo, and felt welcomed. Beautiful pool and clubhouse with ping pong table. The beach was not crowed and the walk there was not far. Nice stay for us!

This was a very nice resort. Everything was easy to access, very peaceful, very clean. The owners were very nice. It was pet friendly, and had plenty of areas to walk your dog with cleaning stations. We highly recommended this place.

Weekend Stay

Condo was nice and clean-the master bedroom did face a busy road but didn't hear any road noise. The owner was responsive to questions, and property had some beach chairs and floats we could use. The property was an easy walk to both the pool and beach. It was pet friendly but never heard any barking noises or anything. Would stay again.

Could use a deodorizer to get rid of the musty smell and the mattress was horrible. Outside of that it all was what we needed

Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear the mattress didn't meet your comfort preferences. It is a hotel-grade, firm mattress and we always keep it protected with a high-quality cover. We understand that mattress comfort can be quite personal—some guests prefer a softer feel, while others enjoy a firmer surface. Also we take the musty smell seriously and are actively addressing it by using a dehumidifier to control Florida’s humidity, regularly airing out the condo to keep fresh air circulating, and adding a diffuser for a pleasant scent. We truly appreciate your input and are glad to hear the rest of your stay met your needs.

Fantabulous place

This place is a perfect home away from home! The condo is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you need. What makes this beach condo exceptional are the hosts, though. They went out of their way to make our stay perfect, even delivering a hair dryer in the middle of the day. We are already planning our next trip!
