The house was amazing, how couldn't it be with an indoor pool, right? However, there should've been a manual on how to operate things inside the home, there are banks of light switches everywhere, but so many of them didn't work and we couldn't figure out which ones worked which fixtures. There is an induction stovetop and none of us knew how to operate that.We had no complaints about the inside of the house, but the outside left a whole lot to be desired. The landscaping looks like it hasn't been tended to for quite some time, lots of weeds and the lighting is either knocked over or just not working; the back deck should've been swept prior to us arriving, tons of debris, the firepit was entirely too far away from the house in the woods and really didn't have a dedicated area for it, just a few chairs and a metal ring. Since the grounds were rather marshy, there should've been some of the white stone laid to help with the mud and a cleaner, more identified spot for it. The poison ivy vines on the trees is out of control, it's on SOO many of the trees; that really needs to be taken care of as it appears to hve been growing there for a quite a while since the vines are so thick and one of our guests is highly allergic to it. The above is more about aesthetics and curb appeal, and other than these few things that prevented us from doing anything outdooors, the house was awesome.
