This property was built in 2016 total remodel October 2022. The décor is stunning. Waterfront property. walks from the pool, ice cream parlor, movie theater, Club House, Fitness center. Two Bedroom 2.5 bathrooms. Balcony over looking the entire downstairs. The Paseo community is outstanding with it's resort style infinity pool, tiki bar, bistro, movie theater, gym, spa. You will have access to all pool items. You will enjoy our waterfront view with a stunning sunset. Looking to feel like you are living a Paradise life? The grounds are meticulous. Our townhouse can accommodate 6 guests - 4 in mater bedroom and 2 in second bedroom. You will fall in love with Paseo and will return year after year. We will make your stay perfect. I will take care of you as if you were my family.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Nice home away from home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay ! The owners went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful. The unit was accurately portrayed in the photos and the location was great. Just a short distance from the pool and town center. Looking forward to another stay.

Great Stay

Paseo is a great place to kick back! We were nice and close to the Tiki Bar and walked the 5 minutes each time. Rhonda was very attentive with any needs we had.

Perfect holiday condo

Home from home, comfortable, clean condo in beautifully maintained community. The position of the condo was perfect, facing a lake and 3 minute walk to the pool and facilities! Easy to book and owners were very accommodating to any request or sorting out any issues. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

The perfect stay!

We were pleased with every part of our stay! The condo was absolutely beautiful! The beds were super comfy and there were even enough beach towels for the whole family. We were especially impressed with the variety and quality of cooking utensils—top notch! Paseo is am amazing resort community—the amenities are gorgeous and plentiful. A plus for this condo is its close proximity to the pools and other guest services—all within a block’s walk! Rhonda was an amazing host. She checked in often and was quick to respond to all communications. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Great Paseo Location

We had a great time here for 3 months as we moved to the area. The place has everything you need. Location is very close to the pool so you will enjoy that often. The front sitting area is right on the water and a wonderful place to sit in the mornings. Overall a great experience.

This property is waterfront and the BEST location in Paseo. It feels like you are at a resort but you get to enjoy the feeling like you are at home. Paseo offers entertainment, gym, library and full Tiki bar to enjoy around the pool while relaxing in a lawn chair or floating in the pool.
