Welcome to Room 3!

This is one of our 8 beautiful kitchenette suites that sleep up to 6 people. Room 3 is upstairs on the front side of the property that faces Main Street. Room 3 offers 2 comfortable full size beds,a roomy living area with a couch and ottoman (with storage), comfortable side chair, and coffee table. The couchalso converts to a comfortable double bed. There is a dresser in the living areaand a 43" smart TV. The full bathroom includes aremovable shower sprayer. Thekitchenette is fully equippedwitheverything you need to prepare and enjoy a home cooked meal. There is also a coffee maker complete with coffee pods, sweetener, and creamer. The suite also includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, and toaster.
Room 3 alsoadjoins to Room 2 which is one of our cozyqueen single rooms that sleep 2. If you would like to book both rooms,please send us a message PRIOR to booking to ensure availability.

The room was cute and clean. It’s an older property. Not fancy but comfortable with everything needed for a lovely stay. We enjoyed the fire pit and closeness of the river. Would stay there again.

Great place to stay. Ran into some issues out of the control of the owner but Clay and Christina did a great job communicating with me to make the issue less of a concern. Would stay here again.

Mostly Good

Property was clean and comfortable. It's very outdated - as are most places in Red River. The building is for sale, so I understand why its rooms haven't been renovated. Owner and manager are very responsive. Only real complaints are the lighting (very dim) and the large black fan needs a good clean.

Great spot!

The owners were able to accommodate our early check in and the check in and out processed were easy! It was a clean, comfy, quiet place to stay! They even had snacks. We would definitely book again if we go back to red river. Thank you!

Stay was mediocre

The location of the property was great and it was clean. The beds however were terrible. They were very thin hard mattresses on a metal frame/spring bed. The furnace is not adjustable by temp so it was very hot in the room. They did leave a note that they were aware of the beds being uncomfortable and left a $25 gift card to a local brewery in town but when your nightly rate is well over that And you’re staying multiple nights I didn’t feel it was sufficient. We ended up leaving a night early because we were so uncomfortable at night.
