Sea Mist -Dog Friendly 3 bedroom Beach House w/Fenced Yard

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Bring your family, friends, and furry family members for a fun relaxing getaway at the beach at the Sea Mist. The home has a partial view of the ocean, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, vaulted ceilings, an open living, dining, and kitchen area, and a fenced backyard with a fire pit.

This home comfortably accommodates 6 people, but will sleep up to 8 people with use of the two twin size roll away beds.

The home is walking distance to Mocrocks Beach (5 minute walk or 1 minute drive down to the beach, please note where the authorized parking is, and as always be aware of the tide schedule).

The city of Pacific Beach is only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive south where you can find shops, groceries, and food, and the Pacific Beach State Park.

Seabrook is a small coastal community also, only a few minutes drive from Pacific Beach where you can find shops, groceries, and more restaurants to enjoy.

*We stock the kitchen/pantry with some basics: spices, sugar, vegetable and olive oil, vinegar, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract, balsamic vinegar, red and white wine vinegar, saran wrap, ziploc, tin foil, and cooking spray.

Pets: Dogs Only

We welcome up to two dogs maximum for a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40 per dog/per stay.

Please send a message following your reservation if you are bringing your pet dog(s). If you do not see the pet fee(s) calculated on your initial reservation, an invoice for the pet fee(s) will be sent to you for payment for the dog(s).

Parking is only permitted in the driveway of the property.

Off-Street parking is not permitted.
